Great experience professional staff and always attentive to help you. Room was neat and clean. Location is perfect and so close to new delhi railway station. They have also located travel desk inside at hotel. They arranged a Agra tour with a tour guide with a nice driver. I really appreciate to their all services and definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is very near to New Delhi Railway station towards Paharganj almost 5 minutes walk. The breakfast was good and the staff were very supportive. This is really a value for money.

obsługa ok, pokój ok choć zaniedbany, bardzo blisko ruchliwej ulicy, nieprzyjemna okolica. Taksówkarz z hotelu bardzo nierozgarnięty - nie wiedział jak dojechać do głównych zabytków

My stay was comfortable and peaceful. The room was neat and clean. Breakfast was good The location is perfect near to new Delhi railway station.the hotel staff is very cooperative and helpful. I will surely recommend this hotel.

. Need to ask for everything like towels, water, room key not working even after fixing, luckily some stuff around on the floor, so they opened the door every time. Only hot water coming from shower, doesn't matter how you set it... Some noise of workers/stuff continue until 11pm. AC turned off during the night, no chance to wake up and turn it on. Finally someone start knocking around 5am very loudly, need to mention that I put ear protectors at evening but they didn't help though.

The hotel is amazingly equipped, clean and comfortable and the staff is kind and very helpful. Plus very near the airport. All considered it is one of the best options available in Delhi

Alem da localização ser ótima, a equipe do hotel foi fantástica. Bom café da manhã. Nos serviam agua mineral engarrafada quando saiamos de manha do hotel e a noite quando voltávamos. Foi facil pegar tuk tuk e taxi na frente do hotel. Não faltou agua nem energia eletrica

O banheiro molhava quando tomávamos banho e o chuveiro não funcionava direito. Funcionava apenas a bica. Pra funcionar a ducha, precisavamos ficar segurando o pino. A equipe se prontificou a consertar, mas não queríamos que eles fossem no quarto durante nossa ausência e acabou ficando sem consertar mesmo. Mas ok. Não atrapalhou.

Mobilier vétuste. Pas pu prendre le petit déjeuner car nous avions un vol et devions quitter l'hôtel à 8h et le petit déjeuner n'était pas prêt. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude.

Hotel is at walkable distance from New Delhi Railway station, one of the best compare to other hotels in the same area & Hotel Manager Mrs. Ranjana know very well how to take care of the customer.

The location and service were quite good. Despite my early morning flight arriving at 9 am, they allowed me to check in. They took good care of me, and there were numerous amenities. The air conditioning and hot water functioned properly. 立地とサービスはかなり良かったです。早朝到着のフライトで9時ごろに荷物を置きに行こうとするとそのままチェックインさせてもらえて部屋も利用できました。 「部屋に不備があったらいつでも連絡して」と大変気遣っていただきました。アメニティも石鹸、歯ブラシ、カミソリ、インスタントコーヒーと充実していました。暖房とホットシャワーも問題なかったです。

No complaints; truly satisfying. 日本のホテルと比較すると多少は劣りますが(洗濯はされているがタオルが汚いなど)、かなり快適に過ごせました。

Calidez del personal, ubicacion. Pese a que reservamos una habitacion de una categoría inferior, nos dejaron quedarnos en una superior pagando un fee adicional.

Ducha con poquisima potencia y sin cortina por ende se mojaba todo el baño.

Compared to other properties I stayed at in Delhi, this is definitely the best value for money and comfort! As a female solo traveller I felt really comfortable, staff was available to any request, breakfast was nice, hot water was working and the room wasn’t cold (I think they have controlled A/C but I’m not sure. I would come back.

The only think I can say is that if there were more options for breakfast (like scrambled eggs) would have been even better!

Excelente ubicación, confort de las habitaciones, el personal era muy amable y servicial, todos muy atentos para que la estancia fuera agradable, muy seguro al momento de dejar tus pertenencias, el desayuno era muy sabroso y todos los dias lograban incorporar alguna preparacion típica. Se agradecen los detalles de la habitación como reposición de té y café y hasta cepillo dental. Está ubicado cerca de mercaditos, locales de comida y estación de trenes,además de sitios turísticos como el fuerte rojo. Incluso se interesaron en guiarnos y ayudarnos en las ciudades que visitariamos después de Delhi. El wifi funciona 10/10 Cuenta con regulación de temperatura y jamás vimos un insecto. Solo agradecer nuestra estadía y la hospitalidad de todos en el hotel !

Toilets weren’t clean, toilet seat was broken Rooms were cramped

Limpio, cómodo, bien ubicado. Pude cambiar dinero y conseguir una sim card en el propio hotel a precio adecuado. Tenía la recogida del aeropuerto incluida pero hubo algún problema y nadie vino, cogí mi propio taxi pero me lo descontaron del precio final de la habitación.

Agua fría en la ducha. Pero quizás había que hacer algo para activar el agua caliente. En una calle bastante concurrida.

Clean, comfortable and near to railway station

Hotel carino, vicinissimo alla stazione, zona super caotica. Lo staff gentilissimo e la sig.ra Rengena è stata gentilissima organizzandoci diversi Tours e infine lasciandoci una camera per sistemarci prima di partire di notte in treno! Bravissimi!

Molto caotico anche di notte, la pulizia dovrebbe essere migliore.

予約したにも関わらず、部屋が用意されておらず、ちゃんとした部屋に入るまで2時間かかった。その後はお湯が出ず。スタッフに言うと「5分待って」と言うが、5分たっても帰って来ない。結局お湯が出たのは1時間後。次の日も同じくお湯が出るまで1時間。タオルもバスマットも汚くて、穴もあいていた。このホテルは本当に疲れた。ドアの開閉音もうるさいし、コスパも良くないので、おすすめしないです。

Staff were very nice. Water and juices on arrival were a nice touch.

This was the most expensive but also the worst hotel we stayed in during our time in India. Rooms were very dirty and there was a smell of sewerage in the bathroom that actually made it almost impossible to spend time in the room. This smell also lingered throughout the hotel building. There are far better value/better standard hotels in Dehli, most backpacker hostels we stayed in were much better than this hotel.

Die Lage ist sehr nahe am neu delhi Bahnhof station. mam Rinjana ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

So we had an incident, my sister was on her periods & the stain was there in the bedsheet. The hotel charged extra amount for this. Initially the manager said 2k, the hotel staff said lesser amount. So since we had paid almost 3k per day, we felt it's unreasonable & unfair to ask more. The amount we are paying should include covering all these. And nobody intentionally does this. It was just an accident.

El personal ha sido maravilloso con nosotros . Increíble la cordialidad que nos dieron. Muy bien ubicado en zona segura , a pasos de la estación de trenes donde en algún momento tomamos el tren a las 06.00 am a Varanasi y nos un trabajador y nos dejo arriba del tren . El tour que hicimos con ellos por 13 días fue genial , nos acompaño Durga quien es una gran persona ( se le extrañará de por vida ). Ranjana ( la gerente ) nos ayudó en todo momento con pasajes y orientación. Muy buenos desayunos buffet

Todo me gustó. Inclusive el comercio local de esa zona donde salí de noche a caminar y no tuve ningún inconveniente . Justo una noche estando en la calle mw llamaron por video conferencia mi familia y la gente saludaba muy amable a ellos . Seguridad absoluta .
