Great location - more or less across the road from the lake. Walking distance to town. Information folder full of useful info - where to eat, visit etc during our stay. Well appointed kitchen. A very nice place to stay.

Just that the outdoor seats were cracked and we didn't want to sit in the middle in case it broke. Maybe an outdoor umbrella would be good for hot days

The TV in the bedroom upstairs was older than me so didn't work, there were no extra blankets or pillows that I could find, electric blankets on the bed would've been nice with it being in Tekapo and how cold it gets and the information folder was outdated. The plug hole in the upstairs bathroom was slow draining so I unscrewed it to pull it out, it was quite gross. I've stayed in nicer for less money.

The house was very clean, and well equiped, and the view was beautiful. We were a big family group and there was enough space for everyone to feel comfortable. Its nice and close to the township, and did I mention the view! We really appreciated being able to have a late check-out, since we had older folk with us, and it was so nice not to hurry them along in the morning.

It would have been good to have another 2 beds in the upstairs childrens area.

Great water view from livingroom and yard. All the kitchen pots and utensils were provided so we were able to cook all the meal during stay. Very spacious rooms. Loved very strong water pressure for shower. Google Chrome Cast.

The mattresses were too soft so when my partner move, I can feel his movement. The rooms were not properly cleaned as when I touched the surface of the shelve in the room, white dust settled on my fingers.

Hair/dirty finger marks downstairs shower, fireplace full and no way to light. Dishwasher left full of unclean dishes.
