Something like bath towels should be donate
If your friend is a loud snorer It will be very difficult for you to sleep. Because the walls of the room are not sound proof.

Big space. Nicely renovated toilets and shower.
Creaky floors. Cold water from taps. Parking relatively far away.

It was great experience with Japanese house. Enough space. Tatami floor. Big kitchen. Silent area. Good communication with host. For cold night there is gas heating.

Is my second time staying in this house. Well met our expectations and had some minor renovation done to the house. Indeed a good improvement.

Spacious, design, many utensils, can park nearby but not proper parking, bathroom nice but only one, and one toilet. Traditional design house.
We went there during winter, so we switched on the heaters, but the power circuit breaks after few minutes every time we switch it back on. We were freezing there. The manual was not kept in area easy for us to see. Not sure how to switch on d water heater 😪

A huge house, perfect for a large family or group. This was a very different option for us to stay in Kawaguchiko after many Japanese hotels.
The location is great, around half way between Kawaguchiko station and the lake, in a very quiet suburban neighbourhood.
The house has everything you need, with heaters and aircon in every room which was great for winter. 2 very modern toilets, a big bathroom and fill kitchen.
Host was very responsive to all queries, and our stay could not have been easier.

Great communication with Yoshi, who even sent us by mail an item that we forgot at the apartment.

not clean, there was ant and AC was not working properly in one room . There was no AC remote in one room.

Good location. Nice parking area. Large Japanese-style home. Well-equipped kitchen/bathroom.
Ants in the bathroom. Sketchy electrical wiring in kitchen and toilet room had us a little concerned about safety. Shower stall leaked water all over the bathroom sink area. Some areas of the house appeared to be mid-renovation/DIY.

The kids LOVED the house. They still talk about how much fun it was. There were plenty of heaters to keep us warm. At first I was worried about parking but we had plenty of space every day. And it was a quiet street, easy to walk the dogs. Also there was plenty of kitchenware!
The tatami bedding was not very comfortable. It was very warm but also very hard. We would have extended our stay a couple more days but our bodies we hurting a lot from sleeping on the floor. The kids did not mind it at all.

The facility is very good and almost complete. The price is low and totally worth it if you traveling with some friends. The host's responses were also quick. She helped us to fix the problem with gas.
We arrived at the house on a winter night and the gas couldn't be turned on immediately.
One heater in the front room was unable to work even though the gas has been fixed.
There's also one window in the guest room (at the front) which couldn't be locked.

Wow such a wonderful place, equipped with all possible tools and facilities. Spacious and so comfy and cozy! The staff were in contact with us via the app and so polite!
It was warm (we turned on the heaters) and it had tv and all...
