Rie was a great host. She helped us made restaurant reservation when we arrived after 2pm and almost all restaurant is closing for lunch. On a Sunday she also helped me to contact the hospital to see my daughter when she injured her leg while skiing. She helped me to arrange a private car to bring my luggage to Iiyama station when the road are slippery with snow.

The location to slopes was amazing!
Rei the owner was very responsive and helped us with everything. Four in our group had the massages which were fantastic. Couldn’t get a nicer owner and family.
Really everything was great. I guess it would be nice to have a larger living room area but that wasn’t an issue for us.

Toi toi toi was really well located, quick and easy walk up to main gondola, not far from bus stop (easy walk with suitcase) and in the middle of the town with restaurants,bars and cafes all around. The host was so helpful and friendly and really made us as comfortable as possible for our stay. Thanks toi toi toi!

Apartment was way bigger than we expected so great for 2 families with 4 young kids.
Good location, Rei was very helpful.
It needs more hooks for coats in the entrance. With 8 sets of ski gear there is nowhere to put all of the kit. More hooks throughout the apartment (incl bedrooms and bathrooms) would be great.
I’d also say swap a bookcase for a sofa in the lounge area to make it a bit more comfy.
