The location and size of room are all good.

The cleanliness should be pay more attention.

location was superb, pleasant 20 minute or so walk into Tekapo. Lovely view and neighbourhood. Very pleasant house, great for two families or grandparents with family.

The upstairs shower drain was loose and dislodged all the time. The bathroom ventilation fans were very noisy and came on whenever the lights were on.

This is a really lovely holiday home with everything you could need. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, there were toys for the kids and books and magazines for all ages and interests. The deck is awesome and 2as great to have a bbq to use also. Having a living area on each level meant there was lots of space for everyone. We loved it

One of the bedrooms has no windows so felt a little closed in and one of the beds was really hard

Korokipo is a lovely spacious and warm accommodation , the photos on the website don’t do it justice , perhaps add a floor plan . Good showers , kitchen and lots of space to relax in

Great place for two families and friends to holiday in. Kids loved the huge basket of toys! Lots of space and downstairs kitchen was handy. Great location and lovely view. Thanks for a great stay!
