Villa was really comfy. Nice, clean and big room, access to the garden and great location.
Staff was really helpfull and even give us map with tips where to go and what to see in the city.
We had a room on the lower floor and the parquet floors above us creaked terribly (the price for an old and beautiful house), but there were earplugs on the nightstands for those who would mind. :)

We met Viviana and she is extremely kind and helpful.

Viviana was very welcoming, helpful and friendly host. The room and the other spaces were very clean and we'll maintained. Quiet location near the Lecco center with a nice garden 🌸🌈

Where to start ... from the very first moment, we fell in love in this place. Villa is located in a very quiet part of the city. Beautiful garden around the villa and mountains in the background makes this place just stunning! Viviana, Marta, and Ice 🐕 were amazing hosts. Villa is beautiful inside and outside. Delicious breakfast (thank you for pancakes each morning 🤩). Girls were extremely welcome and helpful. Villa is located only 15 minutes walk to the train station and Lecco city centre.

This is a villa manor house serounded with private grounds & gardens in a quiet area.
All the rooms are very big and spaseuse and in an old luxurious design.
Viviana is super helpfull and took care of every thing and guideded us to to the area.
Super big bathroom and a short walk to the city center- the lake and train station. Local restuarants also nearby.
For 8.5 € you'll get an exelent brakefast made by Viviana!
Definitely recomended.
Only that in a very cold winter wether the rooms can get a bit cool.

The house is amazing. The room was very spacious and the views were stunning. Viviana was really nice and helpful, she gave us directions and recommended routes around the town and surroundings. We loved the dog.
The bed was two mattresses put together, the gap between them two could be a little uncomfortable during the night.

Staff was very helpful, we had beautiful and clean room with a view to the garden. Comfortable bed. Area was safe and peaceful, in walking distance from the center. We stayed only one night, but they let us keep our luggage at the villa, while we strolled around the center. I absolutely recommend this place.
Noises from another rooms sounded pretty clearly at evening. The sewer in the shower was a little bit clogged. Not really big problems for us.
