Breathtaking view, good food at the restaurant, friendly staff

Breakfast starts at 9, noisy suppliers speaking loud come install equipment while you're chilling at the pool, rooms are old and cheap, the bathroom smelly and very spartiate, access is difficult.

The view was amazing, the staff were so helpful and friendly!

Comfortable sleep, great Views, sunsets, the hut was really nice. Staff were exceptional.

Not many taxis would take us up the hill we had to walk most times and it was pretty vertical and quite far at that gradient. The bathroom smelt of urine, and the restaurant was quite pricey but I suppose that's the case with privileged views.

The shared pool and restaurant area give you a stunning, memorable view of the sunset: it’s what makes this place. the accommodation and bathroom are pretty basic though so bear that in mind depending on what you’re after. It’s definitely worth visiting for the pool at sunset alone.

The way out

The smell of mold, insects and lizards in the room, mouse droppings, no hot water, inconvenient access to the room. We left after the first night, giving up two nights we paid for, just not to stay there another minute. It is better to sleep in a tent in nature.

This is definitely a place to visit during your stay in Ko Phangan. They have a well designed beuatiful restaurant and pool area which gives you I would even say the most stunning panorama you can find on this island. There is no way anyone has anything even close to that. Staff is really friendly, kind and respectful, knows english very well and restaurant prices are adequate.

If you feel like staying there mind that it's a 3 star hotel. Bed is comfy, view from your own terrace is lovely but those bungalows are begging for some love and update, some details are falling apart but for the price it is a good value for money.

Views at the pool/restaurant are insane. However you don’t need to stay in the hotel to access you can just pay 600baht and get a couple drinks for that price. Room was comfortable, had a nice balcony with a view. Staff were nice.

It’s impossible to access walking. You must have a bike or get a taxi (which are expensive). My room was FULL of ants. I get it’s in a hill so there will be insects but it was too much. Food and drinks are expensive and there aren’t many options.

The view from the pool/restaurant is just amazing. People from all over the island come to see this view. The view from our room/balcony was amazing as-well. Overall we were extremely happy, we extended our stay.

The room itself was ok, the bathroom was below average. The road to access the hotel is not doable by foot, you have to rent a bike or taxi.

All staff were super helpful and friendly. Pool and restaurant are amazing.

Not the hotels fault but if you get a taxi or ride from the ferry terminal to the hotel, make sure before you leave that they will drop you at the top of the hill where the property is, and not just at the side of the road.

Beautiful place if you like very small hotels. Pool is small but cool. Very instagramable. Rooms look sweet

I afraid of high and staying there was challenging. Going uphill not pleasant not by taxi, not walk, not bike. Good to stay for day or 2.

a lot of ants and bugs (also in bed) and geckos. No light in the bathroom, air conditioner wasnt working properly. I booked 2 nights and checked out after one night.

location is so bad you need taxi every time you want to go eat or explore the island. on top of a huge hill no taxi wants to go up to. the housekeeping did not change out sheets for 5 days and also towels and utensils were the same, absolutely disgusting!🤮 the room was full of ants (we! needed to buy anti spray from our money against all the bugs) the shower has no warm water and the flow is weak. the room is not safe and the floor is unstable! no laundry and no free shuttles at all!! I really don’t recommend this hotel to no one, please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else worth your time (you can come visit the pool and beautiful bar’s view just once like most of the tourist)

the view, this is definitely the highlight! The food is also really good.

it’s kind of a party place, sort of. Music plays quite loud and it gets busy early on with people from outside - not really a place to chill and enjoy the views, rather to have drinks. Music plays until late and it’s a bit noisy in the rooms

BE AWARE!! Snakes and insects inside the room! The staff didn’t take the responsibility! And we didn’t get any refund! Stay away! The most terrible experience I’ve ever had!

Honestly the rooms were upsetting for the price per night (around $100 per night). It's an old bungalow with a very spartan bathroom.
