Loved everything about the hotel. Great facilities, lovely pools for adults as well as children. The hotel did everything to accommodate our needs and with three children this is exactly what we needed. The beach is very near, less than 5 mins walk through a lovely green path (pictures attached). The staff are the best. Very modern, super clean and new hotel. Rooms are very new and large.

The buffet is only on wednesdays. Not a lot of walking places outside the hotel but there are a good number of good independent restaurants right next to the hotel.

Highly recommended for family. The swimming pool is awsome with water slide for kids also there is part of artificial sandy beach. My son love the kids club and we can hire nanny to take care of our kids. Beach is walking distance with easy access from the hotel. Not to forget the spa ambience is superb and the masseus is good. Staff are very helpful and we had such a relaxing holiday

The detail of the service is exceptional. We get to borrow beach kit with umbrella we can stick on the sand. That is very creative. Pool is good. Service is good. Room is good.

Need more variation on the breakfast. Somehow for 5 star, it can do better. But it is still good. I am not saying it is bad.

We loved the Jimbaran area and the resort had everything we liked….the pool and spa in particular! The breakfast menu was great! I feel their could be an improvement on the a la carte menu….same one for lunch and dinner! In fact not many patrons at all for dinner! I guess they’re experiencing dining outside the resort! Our deal included lunch or dinner at the resort so wanted to make the most of the deal! Not many meat options ….chicken and a beef dish would be nice!

See above! Also an explanation about the sign on the door about not having room made up! We’d accidentally pushed the button and our room hadn’t been made up for 2 days with no explanation until I phoned reception!
