The room was big, clean every day and Vasiliki was very nice and helpfull.

When i arrived at this place we discovered the kitchen area was actually a bench with no running water or means of heating any food up, OK i though i could live with that. Next some random guy came into our room and said he was the owners brother and tried to sell us herbs and homemade wine which was very intrusive and made us feel very awkward. However this was nothing compared to what was about to come when a team of builders started working on the roof. the noise and mess was disgusting and we were unable to sleep or spend any time in the room. when i questioned this i was told the roof had problems, well if that was the case why rent the room out. Worst apartment i have ever stayed in don't be fooled by the pictures the place is rubbish and a complete rip off felt like anything i touched was about to fall of the wall including the shower and toilet. You also have smell of drains and noise from late night pubs right next door. i could go on all day. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

The loft was very clean and with all the comfort we needed. The terrace was really big. There's air conditioning in both bedrooms, two tables, iron etc. Every day the apartment was cleaned and all the towels replaced.
There's the kitchen with all the stuff almost brand new in case you want to cook there, otherwise is full of restaurants and things to do outside (which is a good point if you like to hang out)
The bar's outside were a bit loud until 3am sometimes

Nice Location and the cleanliness. lovely personal touches, we absolutely loved the accommodation, and Alexandra was very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were spotlessly clean, cannot recommend highly enough!
Top floor rooms had great views but stairs can be a little bit of a struggle if you are unfit!

The rooms are really spacious, clean and nice, good value for money. The bed is new and comfortable and the aircon works perfectly.
The terrace is huge but nevertheless it couldnt really be used since it was really loud from the bars down on the street and from a nearly constant loud noice from some kind of machinery mounted directly in front of the terrace.
Also the fan in the bathroom is noisy and cant be turned off when the light is on, but that was not a big issue.

Koukos Loft apartments are very confortable and close to Zákynthos town a perfect stay to join all the attractions of the island.
The staff and Nicole are very kind and ready to meet all your needs.
The only flaw is that the kitchen is not equipped with stove to cook.

Beautiful modern & newly refurbished appartment, in a great location, cleaned daily with fresh towels each day. The host was lovely, it succeeded all of our expectations & we cant wait to return next year.
