Great staff

Two blankets and no rules for sauna followed. Kids in adult areas. No supervision or advisory done.

Exceptional breakfast. Very nice apartment, with a tub in the bedroom and a balcony. Very clean. Nice staff. The hotel has a spa with saunas, a jacuzzi and a salt room. Location of the hotel is close to the Nosal ski area (for beginners).

This is not a „didn't like”, but as a suggestion, one or more international channels on TV, because all of them were in Polish. And (but this is NOT hotel's fault), we lost money because of the very bad exchange rate between the Polish zloty PLN and the Romanian leu RON applied by the Polish bank (10% over the right exchange rate compared to euro).

Room’s location next to the restaurant. Very noisy all the time. Really disappointed. Didn’t relax. Spa facilities good but need some to attend and mop the floor and clean the used towels on regular basis. Price too high for the facilities offered.

Breakfast is outstanding 👌, fresh, organic. Nothing negative to say.

Too small rooms were offered online for two adults and one child.

Hotel was a work of art made of wood. This was a first time for me, that I had a chance to stay in so beautiful hotel. Hotel is located close to kinder ski school. Room was really nice.

Parking place is too small. Restaurant is working a little bit slower, probably the organization requires improvement as it takes a long time since you got drinks or starter. I would recommend some starter free of charge like bread with butter or pate. Hotel wellness center is not good enough for me, finnish sauna is too small.

This is a great hotel. Very friendly staff. Great rooms. Even on the ground floor, we got great views.

Staff were amazing, and made excellent recommendations. Gave us advise and hints to improve our trip and hikes. Best hotel of the entire vacation hands down!

There appeared to be water pipes in the wall behind the bed, and whenever the people in the neighbouring room used the bathroom it was quite noticeable.

Very clean and stylish place

The room on 1 floor was small with very small size bed for 2 persons.

The hotel has great location, walking distance to the natural park and city center, but still located in quite peaceful and calm area. Everything was clean and on a nice standard. Breakfast was great, big choice and some small changes day by day.

Our stay would have been perfect if not few really small things that really influenced our opinion. All the windows are not possible to cover, as there are no blindings nor curtains, so every day I was waking up with the sunrise. Same goes for the bathroom, so if someone is not feeling comfortable with a possibility of exposing themselves to randome people is is a definitve no. Besides, air conditioning is a bit loud, so if not the sun, then the noise was waking us up. We came to Zakopane for hiking, every day we came back really tired and not even once we slept well.

Fantastic unforgettable breakfast (and I travel a lot) made of local homemade ingredience, modern rooms, modern hotel. Clean.

A bit far from the center but no charge for parking which was great.

Our room was very spacious with nice balcony and city view. We absolutely loved receptionist who was there during our check in and check out, very helpful, kind and lovely woman, she was speaking fluent English. Breakfasts were fresh and tasty (Polish food), we also tried few positions from lunch menu * potato pancakes with goulash (Placki po zbojnicku z gulaszem) * pork knuckle (golonka) * rhubarb lemonade (lemoniada rabarbarowa) * regional beer Everything was very nice. Waitress who served us was also lovely. Unfortunately I don’t remember staff names, but I want to thank all of you for fantastic service. Wellness and spa area has very romantic vibe. I can also recommend GOLD massage (it’s not included in room price). As far as remember masseur’s name was Basia - she was very knowledgeable and I came back to my room very relaxed. If you’re planning to visit Zakopane- book Gold Hotel, very good experience

Nothing to dislike

It has everything to stay there with the family-play room for children, leisure for adults and restaurant food was amazing.

Comfy beds, nice spa area with jacuzzi, salt room, sauna. Everything super clean, nice, with the mountain vibe. Superb breakfast.

The room felt a bit small, but you come there just to sleep, so probably not an issue.

Location was very convenient for those who went hiking. But far away from Centrum.

Spa facility. Jaccusi smelled really bad, like someone peed in it. I left after 1 minute since I couldn't take it anymore, but even after that I couldn't get rid of that disgusting smell of my skin till next day.
