Everything - the apartment was very comfortable, clean and well equipped, in a quiet area. Danube river, the city center and a couple of supermarkets are in 5 minutes walk. The host was very polite, no problem for late check-in. We would come back with pleasure and we definitely recommend it.

Clean apartment, fresh linen, great location, walking distance from main city landmarks, many food options (grocery's and restaurants) nearby. Located on first floor, super easy access to the street.

No vacuum cleaner available in the apartment which made it very difficult to maintain clean floors during a week long stay. Also, the kitchen is not fully equipped (apartment #1) - neither oven, nor stove top available.

Good and prompt communication with the host; great location - really close to the centre of Ruse and the Danube river; the neighbourhood is quiet, clean and lovely. The host was waiting for me to hand me the keys. Overall - I had a really good experience and can recommend this place to others.

It was very clean. There were nice blackout curtains, so it was dark and quiet. It was warm, and you could get the temperature you want with a nice electric heater and an AC. Location was easily accessible on foot from most of the town. The host was incredibly kind and helped us a lot.

No stove and cooking utensils - we expected a kitchen, but there were just a fridge and microwave, so we couldn't do much more than in a typical hotel room. There weren't proper coffee or tea mugs, the 2 ones there had very cracked glazing and were not really usable. There was a washing machine, but the drying rack was way too tiny and it was mounted outside, so it was unusable on rainy or snowy days. Basically, we didn't get most of the benefits of staying in an apartment vs a hotel room. We didn't have enough blankets - 1 blanket was provided for 2 people and there were no extras. One person had to use the thin coverlet as a blanket, and it was just not so comfortable. It felt like some corners had been cut in terms of hospitality and there is room to improve.
