The staff was more than friendly and welcoming, the room was exquisite, the view from it was amazing and overall everything was very clean and tidy. The restaurant had lovely atmosphere and great food!

The staff was really lovely, I managed to communicate efficiently with the ladies at the reception, they speak english very well. Even though we had to wait an extra 30-40 mins to check in the receptionist explained that the room was not ready and she apologised for the inconvenience. The location of the hotel is amazing, the view from the 9th floor is beautiful. I enjoyed the varied breakfast and there is an option for guests to eat inside or on the terrace. I appreciated the free parking and WiFi.

The room was not as expected, not very clean and quite old looking. There was mold in the bathroom. The bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was so hard and the pillows were very old, they should be thrown away. I did not manage to sleep very well. We requested a king size bed and we had a twin bed. The lady from the reception mentioned that the hotel is under refurbishment and soon things will improve and I hope I will return after refurbishment :)

The whole staff is super friendly and has made our stay very enjoyable. Good location and a fantastic view, room is nice and has everything that is needed.

Great location, and a beautiful view over the Danube.

There was a very strong smell of urine in the room. Opening the double windows wide helped. I did ask to be moved but the hotel was full, and there wouldn't be a room available til the day before I left. Cleaning staff came to the room and sprayed everywhere, which helped. I did not like that I was left the remains of the last visitors toilet paper. (Not hygenic) Bad leaks from the basin in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, but the bedding and pillows were old.
