The evening shift at the reception was very helpful and ready to assist with any request, especially with parking your car. Location is very good, wifi is good.

The standard double room on the 5th floor was really small, might be ok for 1 person but for 2 adults it is to small. Thus if you are a man of 175+ high think twice. The room was not clean - carpets, bed linens, etc. were not clean. Towels are more or less ok, though very suspicious after what you find on your bed. If neighbors decide to use bathroom - you will definitely hear this because of noisy ventilation. But if you will try to find it in our room - no chance. Lift is small and slow, so use stairs. Breakfast is rather poor, though everything is fresh. I have no clue why it is 4 stars. Recommended only if inevitable.

Extra payment was required for the sauna and steam bath. I find this is not corresponding to the 4 stars of the hotel and its price.

The room windows do not close properly and there was a lot of noise and draft from outside. Breakfast was supposed to be available at least until 10:00, however staff started to clean everything and removed all the food before 10:00, which it is not acceptable. The sauna was not working.

The hotel had a terrible smell through the lobby and inside the room. Smelled like cigarettes and moss. Room was dirty, stains on the floor and the bathroom walls. Furniture is very outdated. Really surprised this hotel has 4 stars. I had breakfast included in the price- upon arrival I asked what time would breakfast be served and the staff at reception said they will give me a call in the room later to tell me. An hour later I received a call and was told that breakfast will be served from 10 to 14 and is 25lev per person. When I told them I already have it included in the price they said it is 15 lev per person now and asked if I want to speak to a manager. I was told the breakfast is not included in the price because it is NYE and I do not have the necessary package, whilst my booking confirmation clearly states it does. Overall, a terrible experience. Would not come back and would not recommend.

Although it was clearly stated during the reservation that the use of the spa center is included in the price of the room, when I wanted to use the service, the staff told me that the use of the spa center is charged additionally. A very unpleasant moment. You should not lure guests in this way, the offer and costs should be transparent.

At the reception, I didn't got information about the facility , like swimming pool hours, sauna ,etc. I had to ask about all of the facilities of the hotel. Flipflops were missing. And the the bathrobe was very small size. They should ask about it ,otherwise how to make use of it?
