The hotel's position makes it ideally suited for breaking a long trip and spending a night near the A4 highway. The rooms are small and rather packed but their design is functional and practical; none of the standard accessories is missing. Irreproachable cleanliness, wifi strong and stable. The parking enclosed by a fence is under video-surveillance and gets locked for the night. The check-in procedure: Outside the hotel entrance you will find a touch-screen terminal and a small "bank outlet" (credit card reader with a mini-display). You type in your name and the reservation number you had received before the arrival from booking.com. The portal invites you to pay the room price by a credit card on the adjacent "bank outlet" (i.e. to introduce your credit card and the PIN), then the touch screen displays your room number and a 6-digit code for the lock opening and closing the room. - You would be well advised to have a piece of paper and pen on hand . - A dot printer makes you a receipt for the payment, and you will also receive the room number and the code for the lock by E-mail. Programming of the entire procedure was user friendly. In the hotel lobby there are vending machines selling hot and cold drinks. Several restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

Operating hotel in self-service is a new experience and I cannot figure any improvements. It is already an achievement that functioning of all the check-in procedures was flawless and the "dialogue" with the portal user friendly. (Also, that paper and ink in the dot printer were not in short supply.)

Very clean and comfortable hotel with good facilities. Close to the road network and ideal for an overnight stay on our road trip. Not in a very scenic setting being based in a retail and food park setting but suited our needs as an overnight stay

Nice clean room. Breakfast was good. Would stay there again.

Close to the A4 road, close to a supermarket and food outlets

Nice price. But only for one night if you're staying for a few hours of sleep. Excellent (safe) parking right in front of the hotel. Please mind: This is a "sleep only" hotel. You are only there to move on as quick as possible. The area is shady, there might be no one on the reception desk to ask… anything.

Compared to German B&B's this is just a disgrace. Upon arrival I had friendly people greeting me with "glass pipes" walking in and out. Which would have been ok if our room wouldn't have smelled of tobacco like hell. Being a smoker myself – this room was absolutely unbearable. The curtains reeked of cigarettes (and everything else). Door lock to the bathroom: doesn't work. You choose.

Great location, not too far from Metz and Amnéville. A good selection of shopping and restaurants right outside the hotel. Very quiet. Convenient self check-in. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

There could be a little more space in the bathroom to put your toiletries (hooks, shelves) The walls are a little thin, so when a neighbor shuts the door it is easy to hear.

The room was extremely cold. The air conditioner was not working. I asked for an extra duvet, the man on the phone said directly that the desk was closed and there was no one to help me. I couldn’t sleep. Finally my husband did have to beg them for a solution. We were freezing. And finally, the man on the phone pitied us and accepted to help us. We learned that there a responsible at the hotel. He gave us an extra heater and duvets. Thanks to him, I didn’t get sick. I am really very disappointed with that hotel.

All was will till i went to put bags in back of van to find van broken into. over £2000.00 pounds of tools gone.
