I loved everything about the place close to everything and it was beautiful.
That the air con was not working though we had a heater is kept us warm

Spacious, equipped, looks nice and well located. It felt comfortable.
Little inconveniences, no two pin or usb charging, no dish cloth, no bin liners, no hangers but plenty cupboard space. TV does not have YouTube and other streaming platforms.

Originally put in a room that wasn't clean - no linen on the bed and dishes still in the sink
While tidy the apartment did look 'worn' with scuff marks visible on most walls.
Very visible mould in one of the bathrooms and and inadequate extractor fan to help prevent it.

Excellent location and view. Wi-Fi worked very well. sufficient pre-paid electricity was provided and best of all no power interruptions during load shedding as the property has a generator. Security was friendly and efficient. Check in and out was so easy.

Easy met the guard at the reception after he indicated where to park. It was load-shedding at the time but there was a generator running smoothly. All the appliances when you're done working condition place looked overall good
The DStv did not work and the curtains were not working properly on the rail.

The apartment was neat and tidy. Clean on arrival. It is in a good location central to most places and walking distance from Rosebank Mall.
Wifi was difficult to connect. The given password did not work for our router and we had to connect to a different router which had poor strength. The apartment did not have an iron, but did have an ironing board. There was no air conditioner or fan in the apartment. It was ridiculously hot and uncomfortable to sleep due to the temperatures.

It was modern , comfortable,
and clean. The building has a generator, so we were not affected by load shedding. I asked for the bed configuration to be changed in one room, and it was done.
The towels were a bit dated. For a longer stay, additional towels should be provided. The couch looks a bit worn out.

When you enter the Apex, you are greeted by the best stuff members who immediately make you feel at ease. Very professional and helpful. Everything in the apartment was exactly as described, beautiful interior design, neat and spacious. Family friendly and private.

The location was perfect and the front desk stuff were very helpful and friendly.
The place wasn't very clean. The sheets and some of the towels had holes in them. Also, it's gets chilly in the evenings and they had no extra blankets or a heater.
