The property is in a really nice location really close to a lot of restaurants and the Nelson Mandela square.
The only negative thing was our room close to the street so we heard the cars driving but it wasn’t a big deal.

Everything was incredibly good 😊
I would gladly go back to this hotel… very warm welcoming atmosphere and the stuff members were so friendly and ooh the breakfast was scrumptious.

The rooms are great and comfortable
I just didn't like the way that the ground-floor rooms were, immediately you open the door you are faced with OUTSIDE

The room was spacious clean and comfortable bed. With good ablation facilities. A smart TV made it a whole package. The view was also nice, every night I was enticed by people playing tennis. The staff are absolutely fabulous! From front desk to cleaners, bar, restaurant are all amazing, smiling and always helpful. They compensate for the crazy price. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family, not to mention colleagues.
The gym is terribly small. And very basic.

It was centrally located and very neat and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
There was no room service for breakfast and no option for a continental breakfast. The meals were pricey.

The staff were amazing at reception, even allowed us to check in early.
The room was impressive, large bed , and shower TV and A/c worked well Room service was good and food was OK also.
The room 224 was right above the security station and entry gate.
The security was taking loudly til nearly 2am. I called reception and also sent email about the lack
Of sleep I got and mentioned it on check out. The noise from cars as near a corner could be heard but was nothing as loud as the security. I would think they would have more respect for patrons who book a hotel to rest at. It's a shame because the staff were great inside the hotel.
