Pool area was great except that it had limited lights. Even if it is dim lights, it would add value in the evening.
My check-in lady was not so friendly. Maybe it was in the afternoon not sure, cause she was not so welcoming. No smile and details provided. I had to ask a lot of questions that were supposed to be covered as part of hotel brief verbal orientation.

Everything was just perfect...from the check-in process to the tidiness of the room, the cleaniness and beautiful poolside area, the friendliness of the staff and professionalism throughout of just everyone from the reception to the dining area.

Few sport channel.. Buffet was not pleasant, few items in your buffet. Eg one incident where there was no red meat just fish and chicken. No custard.

The smell from the kitchen came to our room and it was suffocating almost choked. The room was 108 please check that out.

The hotel is clean, located is good place with access to most amenities closeby.
Some staff responses are rather wanting - are not solution offering.
Rigidity of some staff and not for example saying let me talk to my supervisor and see if this is possible.

Very good hotel, with all you need for a pleasant stay! Staff is really helpfull and doing their best to help you! Would stay again the next time for sure and can highly recommend it to others.
Breakfast was a little expensive and lobby can be busy during weekdays with business events.
Bathroom got quite wet after showering, having a seal on the showerdoor would have been nice. But that's a minor detail.

Pathetic check inn experience. Guy was half asleep and rude.
We had asked for bed sheets to be changed before leaving hotel due to it having a bad odour. We returned 4 hours later to it not done. We had to wait a further 45mins for them to change it while we were told to wait in the room. Eventually after pleading and going back and forth to the manager they changed our room. Extremely unpleasant situation
