Nothing went well. The inconsiderate other guests (all from Durban) played loud music until around 4h30 in the morning. The guest house should not advertise that it is family orientated venue but rather a party venue for the weekend.

Advertise honestly that it is not suitable for families or travellers.

Kettle ,tea and coffee,sugar sachets in bedroom would make it nicer. More parking space would be great.

The breakfast was good... The noose was too much we couldn't sleep

Try to be clean and also tell guests to reduce the noise.. It was a lot I woke up having a headache

The location was nice because it was right opposite the shopping centre. So this made life much easier and the breakfast was also very good. The staff is super friendly and welcoming.

Bath room is too tiny and shower is supppppper tiny , there was no bar fridge in the room, TV was not working.

I stayed there only two nights because I wasn't satisfied about the standards, but still had to pay for the whole period.

It was ohk, however, my scrambled eggs had a bit of egg shell on it. It was a simple breakfast.

My room was not cleaned, no fresh towels for the second last day of my stay. I struggled with parking space. I booked a double room but was allocated a room that had 2 single beds.

Location opposite a mall which was convenient especially to buy food and snacks. Can use the kitchen to make food. Izak (staff) friendly and helpful. Room had lovely aircon and a ceiling fan, TV and wifi. fridge and kettle with coffee and sugar. Sheets and towels were clean. Room was cleaned everyday.

We arrived for breakfast and there is no information / notices regarding what to do or what food is available. We sat at a table and waited while the staff in the kitchen were on their phones. We could see this. I eventually got up and asked how breakfast works. Nobody seemed to understand what I was asking. Eventually managed to get breakfast sorted. The food consisted of 2 eggs, 2 bacon, a pork sausage tomato and toast. The bacon was brown gray and looked bad. My wife and mother-in-law refused to eat it. I was hungry and ate theirs, thankfully I wasn't ill afterwards. Got up and asked if there is coffee or tea available and was told there is and this was brought to the table. There is cereal available on a table but no milk. Had to ask for milk. There were no bowls, had to ask. Mother-in-law was given a spoon with a plastic handle with dirty glue all over it to eat her yoghurt - totally unacceptable!!. Breakfast is the same thing each morning. Ate breakfast twice and gave up. Had cockroaches on the second day in the bathroom and under the bed. Three bed room - 2 towels, 2 mugs provided. Parking can be problematic due to lack of space. For some reason the staff don't seem to understand English very well.
