I'm actually writing this on behalf of a friend I booked the room for. I suddenly needed to find accommodation for a friend who was in the UK for work. This was at 11:30pm and the accommodation was needed for the next night! The hosts were so helpful and friendly, and my friend stated they had a great night's sleep and the hosts were lovely and hospitable, and so helpful when they understood the situation, even though it was a little confusing for them that I booked it and it was for someone else (the phone app didn't seem to offer me the option of stating it was for someone else). My friend was very happy with the arrangement. Note I can't comment on the breakfast as I wasn't the one eating it, but my friend seemed happy enough.
There was nothing I could improve. I highly recommend this property.

It was conveniently located, the host was very friendly and breakfast was good. It was good value for money.
There was nowhere to sit apart from on the bed.

Great breakfast - cereal, toast with orange juice and fantastic Brazilian coffee. Danny and Danny were brilliant hosts, which made the stay feel like home from home.
Pity the property was on a busy road & bus route. However, the traffic wasn’t heavy after midnight so I had a good night’s sleep.

Jolie maison. Chambre sur l'arrière, très calme et réveil avec les oiseaux. Everton a été très gentil pour me trouver les horaires de bus pour Oxford et m'indiquer la maison d'Agatha Christe toute proche. Petit déjeuner basique mais très appréciable. Vous dormez à deux pas de chez Tom Barnaby (lieu de tournage sur la place et environs)

It was so nice to have a home to stay in. It felt just like being a lodger and the hosts were really welcoming and very friendly.
The room was comfortable and the breakfast was really tasty, especially the lovely toasting bread.
The location was great for me as it was close to Oxford yet it didn't carry the Oxford price tag.
Great to have off-street parking available.
I would highly recommend staying.

This was travel for a sporting event. The venue was close to both the sports fields and the town centre. Danny was welcoming and flexible about my travel and breakfast needs. The room was perfect for my needs and adjacent to the bathroom for convenience. The accommodation was wonderfully quiet, too.

Great location and super friendly hosts. The room was very clean and comfortable and much bigger than I was expecting. The bathroom, although shared was right next to the room and very clean. A quick walk into town.
The only small annoyance was the loose manhole cover in the road directly outside my window which made a loud noise every time a vehicle drove over it. This was not the fault of the hosts but was annoying enough for me to remark about it here.

Room very basic, shared bathroom. Kitchen and bathroom needed a massive makeover and a clean. Cloths in the kitchen I couldn’t bear to touch.

The door no. Was not listed on the site. Had to knock on a few doors until I found my host.

The hosts were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was great. The Wifi was great. The bathroom was shared, but I didn't see the other person and it was clean and tidy. The location was convenient.
The room was a little warm for my liking, but I just turned the radiator down - Better that than too cold. The shower was a bit lackluster!
