Very cute buildings and bedrooms furniture.
Beds were comfortable.
Very convenient to get on the boat for a day trip (can be arranged by the hotel staff) or to take the public ferry.
Cleanliness was OK, yet there is room for improvement.
Pool was pleasant.
Unlike the pictures on booking.com, there is no chairs near the pool.
No place to sit outside your bedrooms, except the balcony which was dark and full of mosquitoes.
No bedside table and light.
Wifi in bedrooms is unstable and extremely weak
Second night, they change the sheets but did not put new ones because of laundry issue. I understand it happens. It would be OK if I didn't have to ask 5 times to get sheets. Last request was at 10:30 pm and finally the laundry was delivered.
Very close to the temple with songs as early as 4:30 am, which makes it impossible to sleep.

The room was good with old Kerala style build and pool side view from balcony was also good.
It was near to boat jetty and had good number of shops/food places nearby.

The location is good and that's about all that's good about the place
The place was not clean, under maintenance so it was very dusty, the pool was not clean at all, the water was greenish and turbid! There was some insect eating at the wooden furniture, so overnight there was wooden dust all over the place!
The kettle which was kept in my in-laws room was not cleaned, someone had made tea in it before us and it was just left like that. Will not recommend this to anyone..

Service and staff service were pathetic. no water in the room, pool in a bad condition. torn bed sheets. narrow blankets. air condition not working properly. fan has no regulator

Well maintained traditional house with friendly staff. Very neat (especially the pool) and comfortable. The best place I stayed at Kumarakom in this budget.

Heritage Home is in good location. You can reach there by bus, car etc.. bus stop infront of heritage home.

Excellent property and very convenient. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

1. Wash basin was leaking making the floor wet and slippery even when not used.
2. Sit out windows could be bolted pausing security threats.
3. Bed linen was dirty.

The place and ambience. Security Rajesh was very helpful and kind person.
Absence or unavailability of few things as a resort, daily room service, control people who uses swimming pools, bed coffee and evening snacks, keep experienced take care team.

The bed was not comfortable... TV was small.. No blankets provided... Room was small...

Geyser not working,pool pumps not working,Noisy ac in the room.after reaching the property they refused to accept any card.they charged gst but was not willing to provide invoices.
