Peaceful setting. Very friendly staff. Room was very cosy and welcome biscuits were very nice touch. Very comfortable bed and nice hot water to shower. Very good security. Will definitel go back in the future.

There was nothing not to like

The location, the street has people that sleep there , right infront of the guest house. My room was not cleaned, some days they did not even make my bed.

The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

I did not feel comfortable in the area women alone.

This is a beautiful place, and we felt so at home in the house and the garden. A gem!

The bathroom and it was comfortable.

The alarm situation and locking of doors is alot to deal with, when your on a holiday and just want to unwind and not think too much. And the parking as well eish!

The Frame Ace has been by far our best stay in Cape Town. The hosts are so friendly and helpful and will assist you with whatever you need. My boyfriend and I stayed here for a little over two weeks and it was really a home away from home. Everything you need is provided for you and if you're struggling with anything, the hosts are literally a blink away and willing to assist. I'd recommend anyone to come here. Perfect for that getaway with your spouse, or a little solo trip to catch a breath away from everything. The quiet is also perfect if you're in town for work. You won't be disappointed :)

An absolute gem of a find, even though we were late on our supposed arrival time, we were still greeted with a warm welcome, the cleanliness and overall comfort was delightful, defiantly no complaints could be given whatsoever.
