Location. Very convenient, just across the shopping centres, safe place to stay and most of all, AWESOME Owner, Host. Couldn’t fault the property itself. Thank you.
There was only one elevator working out of 3, for few days but not the unit’s fault. There are two working as of this date.

Our stay was 100% superb! Very near Smart Araneta, purpose of our stay. The unit was so spacious, very clean, very cozy, and has so many beds! Restaurants near the condo are a-plenty! Booking was so hassle-free! The unit owner, Mr. Jeffrey Cura, was the nicest, kindest we have encountered so far. Very accommodating. We hope we could go back again if another event comes up :) God bless you, Mr. Jeffrey! Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, spacious, they provided slippers and free toiletries. Love the location, very near the restaurants and supermarkets and staffs were friendly and amazing. The owner and caretaker were also friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.
You need to pay P100 to avail their pool amenities for just an hour :-(
