Beautifiul area, very calm. They have a great restaurant - delicious czech meals, nice service.

The second bed in our apartament was not really comfortable and very loud (because of metal construction)

The staff was great an spoke English. The location was good for us. The food was tasty.

There was a problem with the toilet, the water didn't come down. It was in the morning before we left so we didn't call for help....

There is nothing special about this place. Photos are a bit misleading. It is far from how "wellness" hospitality should look like. Extra charges for baby cot - 20Eur. It is not that this is a changing amount of money. But in general, I would prefer to have it included in the price when choosing the accommodation instead of something on top. In general, I think it is an overpriced place.

Would be greate to have vegetarian options for dinner and breakfast. We are vegetarians and for us it was hard to find something to eat in the evening and for breakfast.

We hoped for a sauna and pool in the evening but they closed at 5:30pm and NO massages. Only on Sat ad Tuesdays. This was stated nowhere and a BIG dissapointment. Felt a bit scammed even

Location was very good, close to Jetrichovice, surrounded by beautiful nature. Free parking next to the hotel.

Wellness was a big disappointment. Cold water, air not heated, relax zone cold, steam spa out of order, no changing room - just shared lockers. Selection on breakfast was very limited, basic meals such as banana or yogurt were missing. Furniture and other equipment need renovation.

The staff was amazingly friendly and gave us tips around the nature. The nature itself was stunning and full of amazing sights. Definitely coming back.

The location was good; the property nice. The breakfast was very good. The pool -sauna area very refreshing after a long day hiking.

The spa services; massages, etc. were not available when I stayed. The staff could have been a bit more considerate. My room was very cheap, on the 2nd floor (no elevator), so yes - value for money- but very small; no closet and broken window

The location is excellent and the hotel does have some magic. The swimming pool was superb including sauna and the billiard in the roof ! Breakfast outside and the food in general was excellent.

The ice coffee is a bit of a mystery - first day no coffee, second day no ice cream ... my mum still can't get her head around ...

It has an amazing location. the hotel has a great restaurant with a very nice dog friendly terrace. the restaurant staff was amazing and the food is great, breakfast is good. the room is big but nothing special.

it is a wellness hotel but with a very linited access, after 5 you can only vook the wellness for an extra price and it was fully booked when we wanted to go there. so it’s not a wellness hotel. it’s a hotel, near a wellness facility that you need to book in advance. It was quiet expensive compared to the lack of the basic service that is in the name of the hotel :( So it was disappointing to pay that much only for a room. there are plenty of lovely places nearby and they are way cheaper ;)
