Sitting on the balcony overlooking the bay made for relaxing evenings and a great breakfast spot. Easy walk to bay side with cafes, The World Famous Fish N Chips, and supermarket.

Quiet location. Clean. Great view.

The beds were uncomfortable. Nowhere in bathroom to put toiletries or clothes whilst showering.

This was the super amazing stay! We loved Ranui Lodge totally and the views from the rooms was just amazing! We had all we need, kitchen, bathroom, laundry service, parking and beautiful view and garden&patio. Michelle is the best host ever, she is so friendly and helpful. We felt like she is someone in our family. Thanks to her and her lovely lodge. Definitely will stay again if ever visit Mangonui!

It’s looking a bit tired but the view more than made up for that!

My husband and eight year old daughter stayed here while visiting family in the area, and we absolutely loved it. The motel is clean and comfortable, thoughtfully stocked, and the view! The view is stunning, and cannot be beat. It is conveniently located to shops and restaurants within walking distance (although uphill on the way back, heads up for those less mobile), and has everything you might need in the rooms, great value. A bit tired..needs a paint and refurbish of kitchen and bathroom. A beautiful deck but sun umbrella required.

Beautiful view...very clean...on arrival Michelle was very welcoming lovely lady ...and dropped us off at the local...that's what I call beautiful service...I would recommend the lodge to my friends.
