If there are no windows in the bedrooms there should be air con in them. Lounge was not comfortable. There was some noisy night club below us.

The staff were brilliant, helpful, courteous & polite. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Unfortunately there was a bad chemical smell in the main lounge / Kictchen area.

the location is perfect, but the parking is a nightmare. I guess it’s one of the worst Quest in NZ because of the facility. the service and staff are great.

Friendly receptionist - very helpful

The team leader receptionist was rude and terrible to deal with. After a misunderstanding with the number of guests in our booking (my husband made our booking and he usually doesnt, so he booked the wrong no. of guests) I rectified as soon as I got to reception. I dealt with an extremely distespectful, rude, team leader receptionist who made me feel profiled, interrogated and untrustworthy. Asking "how can we trust you? We have cameras everywhere we can see what you do. We will charge you for extra guests, we have your credit card." Obviously I just agreed to the number of guests with you and by using your nifty cameras you will be able to see that I am telling the truth?! After being fed up with the way I was being talked to I told them to cancel my booking I dont want to be paying for a place where someone talks to me like a donkey. Do you talk to all your guests this way? Or only certain guests. Would be beneficial to train your staff on customer services instead of hiring someone off the street! I want my money refunded. Parking was a mission to get to, off street parking was just as terrible - had to go around the block 4 times just to find a place to park so I could come and check in.

The check-in process was easy even though we came on Christmas Eve, the cleanliness and comfort of the room and the TV provided so many free movies to chose from. In addition, the room and bathroom were spacious and there was also a kitchen that came with all the necessities.

It was a bit difficult to find the entrance and parking garage. We didn't know we could/should have purchased a parking spot and so when we discovered the parking garage, we couldn't get our room key to work to get access even though we did call to ask for access. The annoying part too was that we found out we were charged for calls made to the front desk, it was extremely minimal but just kind of weird and something that we were not used to.

Large room with good kitchen facilities.

There was no-one there check in or check out and no instructions in advance until arrived at a locked door! Had to work out where to go and the area next to the closed reception had a huge leaking ceiling. The place is noisy due to the intersection road outside and the facilities are dated. This was one of the more expensive places we stayed and one of the worst.

really liked how it was very close to the shops around us.

Very nice room with a great kitchen. Check in and out seamless, very friendly and happy staff. The location was superb, right in the heart of town - didn't have any issues with noise. Room and hallways extremely clean , appreciated having an oven and washing machine

Parking situation isn't great - perfectly fine for us as we prebooked and would recommend it for anyone staying but could be an issue for people not prebooking the parking.

the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. the tv didn’t have smart tv or chrome cast to link shows for my daughter.
