Faultless. We stayed for 8 days and had an incredible time. Room was spotless, the view was breathtaking and the staff were so friendly and always on hand whenever we needed something. We would recommend this property to anyone considering Crete - the value for money was impeccable, we couldn’t have asked for better!

Great location with amazing view! Clean and staff was very friendly.

Everything was perfect. Just minutes walk from the old town. We had sea view - right on the water. Our host Michaelis and his sister were always there to help with dinner bookings etc. The room had a small kitchenette and we were able to cook dinner one night.

It’s out of the main tourist area but a 10 minute walk along the sea to the centre and it’s good to be in a quieter area. Loved having the beach on my doorstep! It’s tastefully decorated, has great shower and comfortable bed.

Excellent apartment. We were in the 3rd floor one bedroom apartment, however it had an extra 2 twins in the main area, so it was more like a 2 bedroom. The extra 2 beds had a curtain that provided some privacy. Amazingly, this did not overcrowd the room. There's still space for a sofa, desk and dining table. Very well designed! Full kitchen with a drip coffee maker. Bathroom was a good size, and water temperature and pressure are good. Washer came with instructions in English! Balcony is roomy, beautiful views. And a real bonus is access to off-street parking - although this can't be guaranteed. Easy walk along a waterfront promenade to old town Chania. Excellent helpful hosts.

The view from the balcony is wonderful, with the sound of waves breaking it gives a great beach vibe. Yet the property is a reasonable walking distance from old Chania. The flat was very clean, the staff nice and helpful.

The bed could be more comfortable, besides that all was good.

The view was amazing. A bottle of raki to welcome us put it to good use before our night out. The apartment was perfect everything was new and spotless. Plenty room and loved that there was Aircon in bedroom and living room. Location was perfect aswell. I'll deffo be back. I liked that there was an iron and iron board too.

Nais apartments are very special. It's a family-run business and they do a great job. They are not only professional but also very welcoming, patient and helpful hosts. We loved our stay. The apartment/studio was fabulous and stocked with everything we could imagine to make a little home away from home. The beach and all amenities are also close by and the restaurant is wonderful. You should believe the reviews. This apartment is a great choice, spacious, clean, well equipped and great views. Special thanks for the excellent service at the café downstairs, where there is also a reception. The café serves an excellent breakfast and great cocktails in the evening before going to bed. If only I could get back someday!

Staff at the cafe were amazing!!

This place is fantastic, it really does look the pictures. It's so close to the sea and you simply cannot beat this view. IT's very restful and waking up to the sound of the waves did us the world of good.
