We loved our stay at the apartment, it was beautifully done and made for a very comfortable stay. We felt very at home, the apartment was very clean and well-equipped. We didn't need anything during our holiday as everything was available! Will definitely be looking to book this apartment again

Apartment with all the necessary amenities. Comfortable bed.

I booked the apartment expecting the views and terraces as seen in the photos. We got however a "garden apartment" with no views and no privacy. This for me is a clear case of false advertising as all the outside pictures on Booking refer to the top floor apartment. It also goes further than Booking ; if you google Urban 35 on Googlemaps it says "holiday apartment" (singular, so not apartmentsss) and again only showing the pictures of the top floor which gives you the impression that this is only 1 apartment and that this is the top floor one. All these pictures are used in the end to sell you a very DARK (even during the sunny Crete summer we had to put the lights on in the flat during the day !) and NOISY (the flat is right on the intersection of a busy crossroad while the windows are not insulating well so you hear the traffic drive through the flat) ground floor apartment. Even the naming "garden flat" is cheating as the flat has NO garden, just a dark small little courtyard with NO privacy and a security hazard as people can even jump over the low fence easily and access the back of the flat from the road !). WATCH OUT before you book and avoid this "garden apartment".

Everything was great, nothing to complain about.

Great place, clean, many things you'd need. The flat has a great vibe. Lots of parking place around. Much better than the cramped places in the old town.

It is a bit distant from old town (20 mins downhill walk, more coming back uphill). But taxi to the old town costs only 5 euros. So no big deal. Also plenty of parking space around.

The apartment was clean and modern. It’s 25 min walk from the central but in a nice neighborhood. The host helped us arrange a taxi and was generally responsive.

When we arrived we were missing the bedding for the 5th person and since it was already 1am the person had to sleep without it which was very inconvenient. Also, there weren’t any toiletries, coffee capsules or dishwasher tablets, so we had to buy full packs of everything which seemed wasteful considering we didn’t stay that long. Some guests have mentioned welcome packs beforehand but we received none of that unfortunately. I also wouldn’t recommend this apartment for anyone who needs to work during their staycation, as the internet switched off a couple of times and we couldn’t do the work calls.

Air condition doesn't reach bedroom. Walk a little far to harbor about 25 minutes.

- big, roomy and tastefully decorated apartment - great terrace with an amazing view - easy check-in and elevator for heavy luggage - huge kitchen - comfy bed - great location, barely 25min from the port, supermarket and little restaurants and cafés around

- unfortunately there were ants in the kitchen but the host assured us to take care of it - the shower looks nice but is actually inconvenient. The water barely flows off and we more or less flooded the whole bathroom everytime we used the shower. The issue was also told to the host - there is no big wall mirror in the apartment which is a pity cause you can't look at yourself before going out

It is a very comfortable and well equipped apartment. The view from the terrace is just fantastic.

Only one thing:the ants in the bathroom.
