The location was perfect!! so convenient to walk to shops and restaurants. The apartment was very spacious, amazing views of the water! Having 3 bedrooms makes it so nice for a family. No kids fighting because they have to share a room or bed. And the biggest plus was having a washing machine!

La Vita Moderna is the nicest apartment my family and I have stayed in in Greece. Georgios provided excellent service and was available thoughout our stay. He met us upon arrival with the keys, and even brought a delicious local "milk cake" to my son for his birthday. I can highly recommend the Vita Moderna, especially if one arrives in Chania with a car. Everything was perfect & the location is great. Many thanks, Georgios for making our stay so memorable!

The apartment was beautiful, in a fabulous location. A short walk to both the old town /venetian harbour and nea Chora Beach. A lovely large wrap around balcony with a sea view. Ideal for sitting out. The facilities included a washing machine (with powder provided) coffee machine (both filter and pods). Also little packs with shower caps /tooth brush etc. There is also a lift. So you don't have to lug your cases or shopping upstairs. The host also had left a bottle of wine and a bottle of water. He kindly organised our taxi to/from the airport and answered all my (many) questions very swiftly. Nothing was too much. We had travelled with hand luggage only. So all the extra facilities were a god send! All in all. If you book here. You won't be disappointed! Can't recommend it enough!

I have back and neck issues, and found the bed and pillows didn't suit me. But that's is no fault of theirs!

The apartment was awesome - clean, spacious, well furnished, comfortable, conveniently located between the historical centre and the city beach.

Modern, clean and spacious apartment. A great kitchen and shower room with a second toilet. Three good size double beds, balconies with great views of sea and sunsets. A five minute walk to shops, cafes and tavernas and the old port area of Chania. A ten minutes walk to a nice sandy beach at Nea Chora. Strong WiFi signal in all the rooms and tv with Netflix and Amazon prime. Easy to communicate with a very helpful host.

Fantastic location right next to the Venetian harbor. It is about a 2-3 minute walk to get to the old part of town where all the restaurants, shops and activities are. The host was very kind and hospitable. We were welcomed with a bottle of Greek wine and the room has a very large balcony with a view of the ocean. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable overall, with a large kitchen and stylish décor. The living room was huge with a large TV, dining table, a couch large enough to sleep 2, bookshelves filled with nice reads you can take with you to the balcony or the beach nearby. Everything was beyond what we had expected. Highly recommend. The price was an absolute steal!

Amazing modern large apartment near the Port and old town in Chania with beautiful views of the sea. We loved our stay in this lovely apartment that was well equiped and even had coffee pods and wine for us. Hosts George and Efi are lovely and gave some great tips on nice restaurants and where to go. We found the location very good to get to restaurants, nice beaches and the gorges. A fantastic place to stay. Thanks for the late check out.
