The airco was great and the parking lot was very handy!

The swimming pool was not what we expected but good enough :)

The property is well maintained. Everything works fine: the A/C, fridge, shower, bed. It is very safe. Maria the host is very responsive and takes care of things in a good manner. The beach is only 200 mts away so you can walk there. There is a supermarket 50 mts away.

The check in was difficult because the address didn't take me to the property. It took me a while and only after calling the host a couple of times we were able to connect in the middle of the street so she could guide me to the property.

it*s a real basic studio, but Wifi and TV work fine

Clean and comfortable space, great value. Large shower, liked the organization shelves in bathroom and mini fridge. 10-15 minute walk to downtown/beach.

Bed only had one thin sheet. A thin blanket or comforter would be more comfortable.

I did made my breakfast in the kitchenette ..it would be ok for long term stay .on a long term price .

Everything was great

Nice room with two beds, big bathroom, air conditioning worked well. Good value for the money. You can cook your own meals or the Maple cafe is half block away. Hosts were nice.

10 minute walk from Coco center. No breakfast.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Good budget price for playa del coco. Excellent option for those with a car. Kitchen to do your own cooking. Solid wifi. Maria was friendly and helpful.

Don't like sleeping with AC so I wish the room also had a fan.

no breakfast available. There is a common kitchen for every 3 units. There is a kettle, Microwave, cups, plates, ect available to use.

Not beach front, walk for 10 min to the beach, little private area, and so quite in the night time. Hard time to find this Hotel.

The location was great, close to the beach and main street of restaurants and shops. We liked the added security of the gate and how quiet the place was.

There was an alarm or squealing sound in the middle of the night. We're not sure what it was.

Room was clean. Towels were clean and fluffy. Shower had a nice shower head. No hot water, but it was too hot, so not needed. Airconditioner actually was needed because so hot, so was very thankful. Location was not too far away from main road.

Safety. I was told by the owner it was safe to walk alone. this is absolutely not the case. Owner no longer responded to questions once paid and not at the facility. There were two kitchens but they were locked when arriving back at hotel when I needed utensils. Why were these not accessible? No way to make coffee in the morning, but these were accessible for the local travelers who spoke Spanish and booked a room one evening. Pillows were grossly stained. Getting in and out of the residence with the lock on the other side of the gate was complicated and could have been very risky if trying to get in alone without another person present. I could not reach the lock on the inside of the gate. ..Would have been easier just to have a key to the walkthrough gate, not the drive-through gate. I didn't have a car anyway.

Nothing

In the rooms the beds and aircon. No hot water, not a lamp, not one seat. There is nothing like a villa. The owners don't care much. Very uncomfortable place.

Terrific, firm mattresses. Soooo comfortable. We also loved the two fully-equipped community kitchens, with access to everything you'd need to prepare a meal, although there was also a small fridge in our room. Very practical!

The neighborhood where the hotel is (10-min walk from the center of town) is a bit rundown. Be prepared to be welcomed by off-leash dogs everywhere you walk, but that is the case everywhere in Costa Rica. The beach is close by (500m), but the road is dirty and dusty (you can drive to it, however).
