The location is perfect for us, though this is a subjective statement since we know Prague well and intentionally choose this kind of accommodation far away from the bustle in the centre.
The suburb is quite far from the centre of Prague but very easily reached using the metro (Line C, red) which connects to the Old Town, Vyšehrad and the major train stations. The apartment is then a bit more than half a kilometre from the metro station but it's very easy to find. By car any navigation software will lead the way; parking is free in the yard (or along the street). I would not recommend using the car for getting into the city centre, though; the metro is just perfect for this.
The suburb is a typical Prague suburb; there are only family homes and a suburb restaurant in walking distance and without the tourist surcharge. For people used to large cities it feels a bit like country side, in the positive and relaxing sense. Right next to the metro station there is a vast shopping centre with virtually every store you can think of, including a huge supermarket.
The apartment itself is relatively new, we've been there several times already, the first time right after the house was built. The house has two similar apartments, both of approximately the same size. The upper, Anna, has a balcony with a nice city view and the lower, Ondra, a large terrace. Both are fully equipped for a few-days stay with a larger family.
The manager, Pavel, is friendly and accommodating. The one unusual point is that payment is in cash.

Not so clean. There were spiders net all over aparment and in one room there were some other bugs. Wifi is not so good and connection brakes often. Mattress on beds too thin so it is not so comfy. Lights in rooms are really bad except in kitchen.

Spacious and super clean with off street parking. Excellent communication with host before arrival. Easy 10 minute walk to metro and Westfield shopping centre. Quiet area.

nice little touch's like beers cokes bottle of water in fridge with an honest box all priced the same as a supermarket with no mark up
A few extra pillows for those not used to normal Czech thin ones we just used some cushions from tv lounge

Big apartment, well equipped, clean. It was really comfortable and it was pleasure for us to stay there a week. Contact with the owner very positive as well. Parking place for free, next to the door, Definitely a place to recommend in Prague.

The apartment is located in residential area of Prague, 10 minutes walk to the metro station and shopping centre. The apartment is really big with very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and big terrace. There is a convenient parking place inside the property. The owner is nice and helpful.

The water pressure in the shower could be more powerful and the extendable sofa in the living room could be more comfortable and more silent. (it was jarring)

It was quite satisfactory in terms of being close to the metro in Prague. The host provided excellent informations. For example, explanations for house entrance. Free car parking is available. Definitely a place I can recommend. Ideal for a family of 5 Thanks
The pots and pans in the kitchen were a bit old. Teflon parts had deep scratches. It should be renewed in terms of human health.

Simply best apartment choice in Prague , especially for the families with kids. The apartment is fully furnished, has everything what you need, very clean and very nice quiet rural area. The nearest Metro station is in around 10 min walking distance. Prices are reasonable.
Great option, really great.
Jus as a tip for further improvement- since the waste bins for plastic and glass are installed in the corridor for waste separation it would be logical to add another one for the paper ;-)
