The hotel provided a package of a room with Sahur which was very convenient for us, we didn’t have to go out from the room. Mr Nizam who was incharged at the reception counter was a very trustworthy employee, I left my iphone on the counter and by the time I reached the room, he called the room phone to acknowledge about my phone. The manager should consider this critical incident for his year end performance appraisal. Easy parking and short distance to the lift and room.

Reception area was quite hot since the aircond system was not functioning properly. Should consider adopting Preventive Maintenance since that is an important customer area.

OK hotel next to the airport.

Strategic location, walking distance to Kuala Terengganu Airport.

No spare key provided. I have to leave my kids in room and come back late night. Quite troublesome to wake them up to open the door for me.

The location of the hotel is just beside the airport. So, I go to the hotel just on my own. However, there are free shuttles to the airport if you need them. I do really enjoy the days at Kuala Terengganu. Jogging along the beach and Pasar Payang just around 9-10 km away from the hotel. The hotel also serve a good breakfast as well.

Juat my room have broken exhaust fan on toilet, so a bit smelly

Location is super near to the airport (walking distance)! The price is very reasonable and the room is spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly too!
