The room is presentable, it's clean, there's a view of a garden also on our window. The staff are very hospitable and accommodating.

We can hear the sounds from the hallway, there's a leftover food on the window maybe by the previous guest it was. The Internet connection is a bit slow sometimes. Also there was no cabinet/wardrobe for clothes.

Staff was very nice. I have booked the room for my mom (her plane was delayed and she had to spent 10 hours on her previous interceprion and then about same time in Yerevan). Immediately after booking a staff member contacted me, asked all about whether I need transfer from the airport (I did), asked contacts of my mom, answered my questions and was super nice and polite. They met mom at the airport, provided her with a long needed rest and then made sure she was back in the airport on time for her flight (transfer and all).

The hotel personnel put extra effort to make their guests comfortable, even if you arrive in the middle of the night. They arrange airport pickup for you for a very reasonable price, the driver will wait for you at the exit and will call you via WhatsApp to confirm in advance. The room where I stayed was very warm and clean. In the morning I has breakfast served into my room.

You can only reach the hotel with a taxi, but that's not a problem in the end as it is only a 5 minutes drive

I felt comfortable and welcome. The price-performance ratio is good.

Ants were walking around the bathroom and in the room also. Bathing in the bath is full of inescapable water. The air conditioner did not work. There are no rosettes. Furniture from the middle of the last century, Sovietikus style. And the staff is unpleasant.

I liked the welcome person on reception. She was very nice and helpful. The room was quite and clean, so I had a good sleep.

Hotel located close to the airport, but it's very difficult to find it even for taxi drivers. My flight was at night and there was problem to get a taxi, because nobody want to drive to that place.

Staff are very kind and helpful. The one girl speaks good english, and help to resolve all my issues as best as possible. The best part of the hotel is the assistance provided. If you need an emergency stay close to the airport I can recommend it.
