The space and the decoration.

We could hear every single sound from the room upstairs. I think it was the only bad point of the place.

Beautiful room, with great views.

Cleanliness. The room was not vacuumed and the sheets were not changed. found out the hard way the next morning, I had sleep in a bed with used sheets. I was by myself, sleeping on one side of the bed, next morning place the sheets back and found a lot of hair (not mine) on the other side of the bed. I was shocked. At the same time that morning while seating in the room looks down at the floor and with the sun shining in saw the nice wood floor full of hair. How can that be explained if I just arrive the night before? It wasn't cleaned. I was so disgusted. That morning I was getting ready around 10 am and heard the door unlock and open without anyone knocking. The housekeeper was upset for some reason that I was still in the room. Check-out was at 11 am, which I also didn't like. The last thing I did not like was the lack of private parking, taking into consideration the number of robberies in the country it makes me feel very unsafe. Lack of iron in the room. Not a very good experience. I have the pictures from the bed and floor but couldn't upload.

very expensive boutique - would definitely have bought things there but prices were really exaggerated only 1 (traditional) key per room all the staff at breakfast behind the bar so we had to go ask for service, refill etc

Room was beautiful, great view and nice scenery from the café. Central location, but away from the hectic part of town.

Wooden structure was very noisy, you can hear people in rooms above and to the sides. Breakfast service was understaffed, long waiting time.

We absolutely loved our stay. The room was bright, modern and clean with a beautiful view of the river and a very comfortable bed and great shower. The cafe was quite nice with a lovely dining area with views of the river and a fabulous waterfront deck. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were great.

Bring ear plugs and eye masks if you are sensitive to sounds and brightness during night. It is worth it.

Beautiful property located on stilts alongside the edge of the village. The property is an architectural gem, the oldest house on stilts in the village. Also redesigned with exquisite taste and attention to detail.

Excelent breakfast, location, and staff

The place is beautiful and so is the view.

The rooms have big windows, of which only one small part can be opened and none of it can be decently covered. We stayed in the room on the top floor, facing the river, and it’s almost impossible to sleep later than 8.30 because the sun hits you from as soon as it rises and most of the windows can’t be covered and the covers there are, let in all the light. Since the building is made of wood, the room heats up in no time and the small window you can open, does not let in enough air to cool the place down. I guess the heat part is better in winter but you will still have the sun shining in starting early in the morning, so I can’t imagine you will be able to sleep in. For us in summer, the room became manageable by 5-6pm in regards to heat. The breakfast is every day exactly the same and it’s a bit dull. I can see that they are trying to be a bit boutique but it’s not done well, no creativity, no variety: a store bought fruit yoghurt, scrambled eggs, cookies, toast, jam, cheese and a tiny glass of fresh juice (always pear unless you specifically ask but they never suggest anything, they just bring it over). Never any fresh fruit, no options for a different style of eggs. The staff is friendly but are not trained in hospitality. A lot is required from them as well because one girl has to organize breakfast for everyone and later she is helping with the cleaning of the rooms, managing the store and taking care of customers that are checking out.
