Breakfast wasn’t included, but there was a nice cafe just at the street level that had nice quick options.

My son and I were on our first holiday to Italy and staying here in Bologna helped make the trip perfect!

This is one of the most beautiful apartments we have ever visited. Interior is amazing, it is clean, heating was great (as we stayed in ferbuary). Bed is really comfortable. I wanna thank all the people included in renting of this apartment because it will stay forever in our memories as an amazing experience.The view is breathtaking, you can see one of the most famous piazzas from the window. Location is perfect, all the landmarks are right nex to it. Simply perfect. Andrea who greeted us and showed us the apartment was super kind and helpfull.

The bed, a convertible couch, was unbearable.

Kitchen was not well equipped. No toaster, microwave, instruction how to use the convection stove. Only table to eat at was very small, and we had to bend over to prepare, cook and clean dishes. Also we were on the fifth floor, elevator only went to forth floor.

Apartment is very nice, location is superb.

I could not sleep cause of the noise from the street. Shouting people at 3 AM is something I do not enjoy.

Location is fantastic - on a door step of a main square. The apt soo spacious, it didn't look that big on a pics. Very comfy beds. Nicola was friendly and informative. Coffee was very delicious. Lots of recommendations of restaurant written on a welcome book. The rooms very cosy with lots of details like books, paintings etc. Even sport equipment available on the property.

I missed a large mirror in the apartment, but not a big issue :)
