Location was great -- right in the middle of town, and near the waterfront. Size of the apartment was big enough for a family of four. Rooms were clean and well-kept.

Not the apartment's fault, but it was at the top of four flights of steps, which wasn't the easiest since I was traveling with elderly parents. It gets a little noisy in one bedroom at night (which was towards the back of the apartment) since it overlooks some bars. But nothing too crazy.

The only comment I have is the cleanliness of the entrance by the front door. The floor was very dusty and dirty as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while, which at first give me the wrong impression of the place. But when we entered the apartment, it was very nice and cleaned.

Washing machine leaked on first day. Took them 3 days before coming out to fix it. Better communication needed.

The location was fantastic. Very convenient to all the best places. The apartment was a good size and clean. Loved how many great restaurants were literally around each corner. The trams were right outside and transportation was right at our fingertips. Everything was within a short walk.

The trade off for a great central location was the noise. Unfortunately, it was very loud outside on the streets running into the early morning hours.

The location was lovely and fit our family of four perfectly.

The only problem we had was no bin bags, which wasn't an issue as we used one of our plastic bags

We found the property very comfortable and had very good washing facilities. Beds very comfortable, spacious wardrobe too.

There were not enough mugs in the kitchen for 6 guests, and there were only 3 of us.

Great location near restaurants and sights. Charming apartment in historic building. Easy check in and check out. So nice to sit on couch and watch Sky News and CNN in English when we needed a break. Small washing machine in kitchen very convenient. Comfortable beds. Parking nearby.

3rd floor, no elevator. we didn’t mind because we had little luggage and are active, but it would be difficult if you have mobility issues or tons of luggage.

it was great located, many bars and restaurants near by.

the room closer to the living room is very noisy and didn’t have curtains so a lot of light came in. the property is on a 4th floor, prepare to walk. there was only one bathroom for 5 people, it got a little busy, the bathroom has aome mildew

It was very noisy at night and the stairs were very steep and difficult to bring luggage up to apartment.

The apartment was very well located, spacious and well-lit. The beds were comfortable and AC was appreciated considering we stayed here during a heat wave. We would certainly stay here again!

There is a good amount of stairs to get to the apartment, which is kind of common in Europe.

The communication was very good

1)There is no lift in the building and was very difficult to take family luggage to second floor. 2)Only one toilet where there are 2 rooms with hall

Everything. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. The kitchen is completely equipped. There is a washing machine and the clothes dry quickly as the clothesline is outside and in a sunny corner; a dishwasher, a recent fridge, oven, and so on. The mattresses are comfortable and the sheets are very soft. The living room is very small and joined to the kitchen so it is only used as a dinner room. Two bedrooms face the main street and they are noisy as that road is crowded on weekends and there are some clubs and pubs around the building. The third bedroom is interior and joined to the living room and kitchen so this is very quiet. There is a bathroom and it is very clean so it is great. The best is the location as it is in the center and it is a very busy area, with music and people strolling at any time. The pier is 300 meters away so it is wonderful to go jogging every morning. There is a parking very close to 50 meters although it is public parking, you can book online and it is cheaper.

Nothing. Perhaps that the building has not a lift and you have to carry your luggage but it is totally understandable as the building is an ancient and classic one in the historic center of Lisbon

Small stairs to the 3rd floor where paint work was going on. As I was traveling with seniors and suitcases it was hard to climb up. It wasn’t possible to hold the rails as they were wet of paint. One room has a small window connecting with the bathroom. So anytime someone turns on the light in the bathroom, the bedroom becomes slightly bright. Toilet is very noisy.
