Unprofessional non friendly staffing. The maintenance was nonexistent. Place was falling apart. Toilets and the public areas are disgusting

Ubicación cercana al aeropuerto y un buen ambiente en el hostal.

No permitían entrar comida que uno se compra afuera del hostal y eso limitaba bastante la comodidad.

Eine Mitarbeiterin war sehr nett, aber die Infos waren sehr schlecht, die Kommunikation schwierig, eines Tages waren alle meine Sachen in eine Plastik Tüte weil angeblich ich ausgecheckt hatte, was nicht stimmte, teilweise aggressiv wollten mein Bett weg nehmen, ich müsste mich durchsetzen.

Vieles, oft hat Toiletten Papier gefehlt, haben angefangen zu färben, überall hat es nach Farbe gerochen, sowieso riecht die ganze Zeit so komisch. Die Lage sehr schlecht.

the hostel is very modern, clean and comfortable!

there are some strange moments: outside food is not allowed...but why not? there are no blankets, you can rent them for an extra fee, BUT it was SO cold in the room (and it was not fixed, though we asked), that even blanket is not enough...and i ended up sleeping on the chair in the corridor, because it was freezingly cold... the location is a bit far from the beach, so if you don't ride a bike, it's not very comfortable...

The beds are super comfy and you can have some privacy with the curtain. Also there is a large storage space under the beds enough for 2 large bags and more.

You need to rent the towel and an extra sheet for the bed (there is just the one covering the maitress), and they put the ac (you cannot control it) at the minimun so you really need a blanket. I slept with 2 tshirts (one thermic), a sweater, my towel, their towel, raincoat and winter socks. There were 2 girls sick in my room. Bathroom is very dirty even though I saw them cleaning in the morning. Also there's not toilet paper when the one put in the morning finishes. Music in the reception is extremely loud at any time. The area is very noisy. You cannot hear from inside (good thing), but horrible when you go out. From a conversation I had with the boss, we're just a bag with money...

Por 2 o 3 euros mas tienes hostel mejores los lokers no funcionan bien,cada poco hay que ir a que activen la targeta

Ahora subieron los precios, el Internet va fatal,los baños sucios,siguen sin cambiar las cortinas de los baños y las puertas no se pueden cerrar de las duchas,dicen que ponen toallas y ropa de cama pues no,toallas y mantas hay que pagarlas,con aire en la habitación alto si o si cojes manta no hay sabana para taparte,además antes podías usar la cocina(para calentar una sopa) y traerte comida de la calle ahora no está permitido es absurdo que no puedas beber una cola, o traerte algo cuando no hay restaurante, simplemente una rececion,con mesas y sillas y nini nini nini buffe para comer es absurdo y ridículo, lo único que va a conseguir, viajeros como yo que llevo viniendo semanas pongamos críticas constructivas,y reseñas negativas y que no volvamos no lo aconsejo para nada

Habitaciones grandes y limpias y cómodas aire funcionaba perfectamente, loker grande pero la targeta se desbloqueaba constantemente, personal increíble, simpaticos,amables lo mejor del hostel sin duda,lejos de todo sin moto auque tienes un centro comercial cerca con buen supermercado

Me gustó todo pero como sugerencia los baños cambiar las cortinas ,sucias,y rotas y lo peor de todo las duchas no se podía trancar estaban rotas esas pequeñas cosas son importantes para tu intimidad, aún así fuimos por 3 días y nos quedamos 2 semanas

It was honestly pretty good here I can’t complain. All the staff were lovely and very accommodating. The minimart next door is amazing as well

Die Betten und Dorms waren sehr gut eimgerichtet habe mich extrem Wohl gefühlt mit dem ausklapbaren Tisch mit Spiegel in jedem Bett und der Makiese fand ich eines der besten Betten auf meiner Reise.

Die Lage ist nicht optimal, wobei natürlich das Essen im Umfeld dadurch günstiger wird.

The property was clean when it comes to the bedding and rooms. Also, the staffs were really nice. They were so helpful.

But in the case of bathrooms and wash areas, it was not clean and the facilities felt tough.

Struttura accogliente, letti comodi. Ho apprezzato la terrazza con l’area comune situata in un piano differente rispetto alle camere. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Nei bagni mancava sempre la carta igienica, e una doccia era rotta quindi una sola era utilizzabile. Non c’erano cestini all’interno dei bagni.

Bali caps est un tres bon pour le prix. Nous sommes restés 2 nuits et cela nous a couté 16 dollars pour 2 personnes (car lit double), donc tres tres abordable. J'ai bcp apprécié les chambres. Le lit est comfortable, il y a de l'intimité avec les rideaux, la climatisation est agréable et il y a un grand stockage sous les lits pour y deposer les bagages. Tout se fait par une clef automatisée donc tres bien!

Ce que j'ai moins aimé c'est la propreté du lieu. Pour ce prix il faut pas s'attendre à quelque chose de luxieux, néanmoins les douches étaient pas tres propre. Ce qui concerne la salle de bain (WC, evier, douche) est pas tres bien entretenu.

Todo en las dos semanas que me quedé en Indonesia, extendí en dos ocasiones en este lugar porque es muy cómodo y calidad-precio es lo mejor

En recepción te hacen sentir como si estuvieras en casa, todo muy bien en general, camas cómodas las de parejas e individuales

The staff was very nice and very helpful and friendly! The kitchen is free to use. The bed was big.

The bathroom was really not clean and everything smelled moldy. Also we found hair in our bed and heard the mice/rats the whole night through the wall.

Overall very clean and convenient As is a hostel and has female only option, this is a go to for long term stay

Shared bathroom area is a bit dim

For just 120k I got a towel, nice place to stay, good companion (Awan & Azzam are really nice and kind people). The bedroom is on the separated level from the communal room which is good, so we can hang out without bothering people sleeping.

The Staff is like a Family!! They life in the same place and share everything with you
