- good communication with the host via Whatsapp -minimal but modern decor and clean with sufficient appliances - the view -friendly and helpful building administrator lady who checked us in -good size of the flat -short walk (but uphill) to the lift

-5th floor with no elevator - no no for people with mobility issues -the building itself is located on the side of a major and busy road, so expect noise from the trucks etc. -the apartment has issue with a gas heater - it makes impossible to sleep on the deck floor when the heater is on even with the window open - somehow the air gets very toxic up there, so we had to sleep downstairs on sofa bed with the window open. I would suggest the owner to replace the gas heater with an electric on or move beds downstairs in winter. In summer when you don have to heat I think it's an amazing apartment to stay considering it's affordable rate.

After the heating in Gudauri M residence broke we where left without accomodation. Gudauri S residence allowed us to stay which saved the holiday!

The water broke one evening and was not fixed until the afternoon of the next day, however this was for the whole building.
