施設の経年劣化はあるけれど綺麗にしており、雰囲気があるホテル。 ・自転車はフリーで使える(が古い)。プールも綺麗にしていた。 ・ホテルで見る夕日が幻想的。 ・プールサイドで寝転がって星空を眺める環境は素晴らしかった。夜の雰囲気も素敵。オリオン座が綺麗だった。 ・人気レストラン、ランタウフローティングネイティブレストランや、パローラシービューレストランへのアクセスが良く、立地は満足。夕飯はホテル外のレストランがオススメ。食後にはSMシーサイドショッピングモールまで足をのばして軽く買い物したりなども楽しんだ。

コロナを境に変わったサービスもあるかもしれないけれど、サービスで気になったことがいくつかあった。 ・対面のスタッフの対応は全般的に良いが、電話オペレーターはホスピタリティに欠けている。朝食込みのプランだったが、電話で訪ねると私たちの予約には朝食は含まれていないと言われ、予約番号を伝えて含まれているのを確認してもらった。 ・口コミの良い外のスパの電話が繋がらなかったので、サポートが欲しくて、行きたいことを伝えると「有効な番号がわからなければつなげない。スパならプランテーション内にある。」と言われた。そもそも電話をつなぐことしか出来ないそう。かわりに予約してくれないのは仕方ないけど、電話番号を探してくれるなどの対応が欲しかった。ネットで検索出来るオススメスパの電話番号はコロナの影響か閉店して繋がらないところも多く、自力で探すのはなかなか大変だった。 ・爪切りは貸出なく有料100ペソ ・過去に経験したセブを含むアジアのリゾートホテルに比べると「痒いところに手の届かないサービス」だった。 ・ホテル内のレストランはどこもドリンクメニューが全く同じで、メニューが少ない。料理も不味くはないけど満足できるコスパレベルではなかった。 ・ラグーンとプールの大きさは良かったけど、ビッグスライダーは休止していた。

The large pools and water activities were a hit to the kids

Quiet dissappointed with my stay. I was there in 2008 and I was hoping for the same vibe and ambiance. The lobby was looking old, the rooms were not upgraded, our shower drainage was clogged but staff were quick to fix it. For the amount of money you pay, it wasn’t worth it, as there are so many resorts cheaper but way more newer with the amenities. And no free breakfast,:(. Not too many choices to choose from.

The place looks nice

The breakfast buffet was disappointing. The lagoons floor were slimy on the feet and the water felt itchy on my skin.

There are several activities such as paddle boat which can be available in the hotel. Not crowded and relaxing very well with family.

Wi-Fi connection was not so good. The speed was slow. If there are facilities to dry wet clothes, it would be more comfortable.

Beautiful design of the structures, pools, landscaping. The pools and beach area felt safe and the beach was good - clean, just the right depth and decent and did not have too much seaweed; was good for snorkeling, lots of fish in the clear waters. There were lots of activities too for kids - rock climbing, archery, biking, arcade etc... We stayed for 1 night but another night would have been worth it 👍👍👍.

Your staff not professional, upon arrival, they kept wait for more one hour. The rate booked with booking.com and what you give at checkin was different. Your staff was arrogantly arrguing with us. Not even appologie

the welcome message is not very welcoming. I understand the hotel imposes their policies but its not very hospitable

The bathroom floor doesn't flush well

The idea to have a large area with the lagoons in the middle is really good. It makes space for everyone. Ideal if you don't want to be in a crowd. The restaurants offer tasty food, and all the facilities work flawlessly. I highly recommend this place for anyone, my family would be ready to go again anytime.

Service and choice of restaurants fantastic

The lagoons were very picturesque. the main swimming pool and swim up bar fantastic and hire of the boats, paddle boards etc were pretty reasonably priced. the bed and pillows very comfortable and staff are very attentive and kind. The spa is amazing!

Unfortunately it was a disappointing stay. Our toilet blocked 4 times during our stay and shower leaked each time it was used. the bathroom in our lagoon view room needs upgrading. The speed and sheer volume of the golf carts, trucks and bicycles on the pathway makes what should be a relaxing stroll around the resort a stressful one with a 2 year old and a 4 year old - the carts need to slow down before an accident happens! Breakfast is also a stressful time, the predominantly Korean clientele push and shove their way around the buffet but perhaps if staff kept the food topped up regularly enough or have better crowd control in the breakfast area people may not be so ridiculous, pushing you out of the way to get to it, not a 5 star resort feeling at all. very disappointing considering the resort was at half capacity. the food across the resort is also very disappointing- overpriced, tiny portions and not that tasty. Plantation Bay really need to pick their game up to compete with proper 5 star resorts. unavailable activities like Archery, rock climbing,gun club and the non existent and barren kids play area is very disappointing. To make this place more appealing to families Plantation Bay really need to get these facilities fixed it up and running and should certainly let guests know at check in what facilities are not available.

rooms were big size nice idea about hotel concept

most of the restaurants were closed; maybe due to renovation work? food at Fiji restaurant was great, food at Kilimanjaro was not good at all cell phone and non cell phone areas in the restaurant???? got a table offered, immediately had to know that here are no phones allowed- but didn’t know about phone areas…. 🤷🏻‍♀️🫤 staff is not trained, no adjustments possible with food
