Nice and quiet place inside its own enclosure away from main road - peaceful. Laundry drying facility on site. Staff always managed to help with what we needed by texting them.

Good space in room and nice bed, could sleep four people there.

Chinese owner lies about distance to store and mall, it's much longer away. Owner struggled with being nice and comfortable and not really much help. Road terrible narrow and bad just before property. A lot of room things very worn and many normal kitchen tools missing.

The aircon took time to cool the room, but when the room got cool, place was perfect. Road was very narrow and 2-way, but since our car was small, it.was okay.

Cable tv was mainly Filipino channels only one English speaking news channel..a towel provided could of been good …I tried to cut some meat with the kitchen knife …it was just so BLUNT which I demonstrated to the Filipino guy ,I couldn’t cut my hand with it !!!…on arrival I did ask if a lower monthly rate was available ,which wasn’t …I don’t think it was worth 2000+peso as another viewer mentioned the approach track can get very muddy and wet so don’t use good shoes in the rain …anyhow I’ve just moved into an apartment nearer town for 12000peso a month..so now I’m happy

spacious and it has 2 bathrooms, a veranda in the 2nd floor, fire exit, kitchen, area for hanging clothes at the back. complete utensils and cooking ware, even dish washing soap

the air condition on one room was not functioning well. we used spare electricfan but it was dirty. although the unit has large space, the dining table was small for 8 people. also the location was a bit far from the main road.

Convenient location. Ideal for a family of 10. Place was clean.

gated apartment so you will feel really safe. hosts was warm and accommodating. Place was just perfect for our group. Cosy and we have a wonderful stay.

the location is a bit off. aircon in one of the room upstairs is not cooling enough.the mineral water provided has an unpleasant smell and taste so we had to buy our own. not enough cleaning materials provided like basic kitchen towel and floor mats. Internet is also very weak

Cherry was the most gracious and helpful for all your needs..if and when I ever back to Dumaguete this is the only place I would want to stay at. Made my vacation a real success. Highly recommend this place to stay.
