Property is centrally located. Nice view of Mt Talinis from our room More than enough towels were provided. Was quick to respond to assistance requested. Security guards are very helpful.

We would prefer a lighter blanket for the room with big bed. It would have been better if the bathroom sink was checked before we came. It was a simple job really. But we had to wake up early and leave later because we had to let the utility man fix the sink drain (and there was not enough time for that; but the water went down a little faster). He was able to tighten the sink's faucet though.

Accessible and near places good to eat.

1. No parking. Some people in the area broke our side mirror. 2. Husband and son have sensitive nose so the smell of fabric softeners are over powering. Also husband mentioned sofa smelled like dried sweat.

Accommodating

The facilities are very nice. Our stay was very comfortable likenwe felt we’re home.

Location worked well - a number of food and drink options across the road including Coffee Bean. A short tricycle ride gets U into Dumaguete City where there is Starbucks, Gerry's Grill and a lot of local food options. Facilities including the pool were good, although there is major construction going on next door and next to the pool which is quite noisy. Site security guards were helpful. Apartment was an ok size and layout worked well.

When U turn up, U need to factor in that there is paperwork that needs to be completed at the guard house along with ID checks which all take a few mins. We were never advised of these requirements. The female staff member that we met to get the key was unpleasant, unfriendly and unhelpful. We felt like it was an imposition for her to interrupt her day and give us the key. The place had not been cleaned throughout. That bathroom was disgusting. There was dried toothpaste around the basin. The toilet had not been cleaned and there were thick urine stains around the toilet behind the seat.. There was a mat in the bathroom that was putrid. There was lots of hair on the floor, especially under the bunk beds (one of our kids tried to clean it up). I could go on... There were also maintenance issues..., the sink tap was not properly fixed to the basin. The toilet seat was not fixed to the toilet properly and slid around. The shower head bracket in the shower was positioned at such a ridiculous height where only people 7 ft or taller can shower without having to remove the shower head.

Unit is clean and able to accomodate 6 people (1 double bed and 4 bunk beds, so this might work well for families, larger groups).

Not the best experience, check-in cumbersome (2 people needed to check and scan both ID's and vaccination passes, more thorough checks then upon entering the Phillipines!), not sure if this is mandated by the local government or apartment manager. Unit OK, small bathroom. This is not a hotel so essential toiletries not provided (no soap or bath gel for example, fortunately brought some from another hotel). Worst was no bottled water either and brown water coming from the sink - ended up not brushing my teeth and accepting a dry mouth during the late night hours: be prepared to BYI stuff if you stay here. After check-out I was told by the security there is no luggage storage provided so ended up storing my bag at the laundry shop down the road. Won't stay here again.
