Overall rating: EXCELLENT. Charos Dormitel response to our queries before our arrival and had allowed us to check-in very very late (10/10 on this). The staffs were very accommodating during our stay and very fast during check-in & check-out. Interior designs are very instagramable. Room is at affordable price. It was very clean & has good quality of furnishings. Highly recommended.

Charos Dormitel is so underrated from the outside but so good at the inside. Clean and spacious room, the aircon is cold too. The furnishings are also world class and unique. We even have a sala! i will surely recommend it to my friends in Cebu.

I just hope they had meals to offer.

Location is quite far from central parts of Dumaguete, so you have to take tricycle. I had a room facing the road and it was quite noisy.

We went to Dumaguete with friends to take the weekend off and relax after a long, busy month at work. Charo's Dormitel did not disappoint. This place made our entire experience in Dumaguete very memorable. The room is spacious, it fitted 5 of us in the room with extra space for our hefty stuff. The bed is magical! After a very long day of going around Dumaguete, this place will really give you comfort like royalty. We will surely book Charos again in our next visits to Dumaguete. The best! I rate this 11/10. 💜😇

Really helpful and friendly staff. The rooms have a lot of space. That was very clean. WiFi was good enough. The public spaces have a beautiful decor. The mini market is in the same building.

Extremely noisy. Imagine you sleep in a tent by the road - it's that. The bed was really bad. The mattress made of foam rubber. On which oilcloth is on top. On it is a synthetic sheet that slides over it.

The room was very comfortable, very clean, and the staff was really so nice and accommodating.

Very nice hotel, nice and cozy room, clean and comfortable. The only negative was that I had a room with the window to main street which was noisy almost for all the time (only short break in the night). But soon in the morning huge noice from cars and motorbikes and other staff.

A GEM IN DUMAGUETE! The room given to me was like a suite — huge tv, sofa and table, telephone to front desk, wifi, toiletries, hot shower, veranda — I was so mad at myself for only booking one night here! Staff was sooooo pleasant!

No service water, you have to pay 1 peso for a 250ml water from the dispenser.

The room was large, comfortable, had a good bathroom, a small balcony and was very good value. The staff was always friendly and helpful. There was a mini market at the house and a very good inexpensive laundry, there was a bakery across the street. The hotel is outside the town center, but it is easy to reach by trikes, unfortunately they were not always available.

There was one drawback: the room, although large, did not have a desk and chair and was not suitable for working and writing. Also, a water heater would have been nice.
