great location and was ready at short notice

the balcony and the location was good
the first thing we noticed was a big whole in the kitchen roof as soon as we walked in. the air conditioning in one if the bedrooms did not work at all and had to use a fan which was covered in dust and looked like it had never been cleaned. behind the headboreds on both beds was about a inch thick with dust. in the bathroom there was a rack on the left hand side which was covered in blood. i have photos off all of this

The location was amazing and the apartment was very spacious

There was a gaping hole in the balcony ceiling, looks structurally unsafe, presume from where a sun shade may have ripped off. The shower was absolutely filthy, moldy, mildewed. I bought several cleaning products to try to clean it off to no avail. No windows in bathroom, the smell and lack of ventilation was appalling. More importantly, no window in the second bedroom, so children had no fresh air or daylight.

The kitchen was spacious and well equipped
The only air conditioning that was working cold was in the lounge. One of the bedrooms had no window so was too hot to sleep in.

Location was excellent close to everything you needed bar's shops and restaurants on the door steps 👍

The location was amazing. It was specious enough for 4 people it would also be good for 6. I would definitely book again eventhough the house could get a touch up but that didnt bother too much.
You need to leave the the lit on the toilet otherwise there will be a terrible smell in the house. After 2 people took a shower the hot water ran out. The shower cabin couldnt be closed so the floor got all wet and slippery. The sheets were stained with blood.
Other than that it was a good stay

Location is excellent, just next to the yacht habour. 7 th floor view is very nice.
