El personal en todos sus sectores se destaca en trato, amabilidad y explicación.
Mucha diferencias de valores entre la plataforma que reserve (Booking.com ) con el precio que tuve que abonar en el hotel.

Nada ….. son estafadores, tienen un precio en la página y una vez que estas te dicen que es en dólares y a cotización MEP !!!!!!

We were surprised with the work and the help that Francisco, the concierge, gave us during our stay at the hotel. He recommended places to visit, gave us tips on how to get around the city in the best way and even got us very good tickets to a night show. Without a doubt, the hotel and its help were essential for our excellent experience in Buenos Aires.

Lovely experience, nice hotel, wonderful staff. The only issue was with elevators. It appeared only 2 of the 5 were operating with long wait times. We heard many other guests complaining about them as well. I thought, what if there’s a fire…?

the room was beautiful.
the services In general were poor. there was only sushi at the restaurant on Saturday night. very strange situation... other services were not at the level of a 5 star hotel.

Very central location. The room was modern, and loads of room. We had no trouble opening 2 large suitcases. Beautiful bathroom with all the amenities. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby.
Would have liked a bit more variety with the breakfast, but it was still very nice.

luggage was delivered late & front office forgot cab reservations once & the cab driver couldn’t take credit card payment but we asked in advance & he almost took us to the wrong airport when we told front office where we were going. the VAT website wasn’t working & front office agent wouldn’t help us cause he said he was too busy with other check-outs. no atm or currency exchange made it very tough to get money for cash. bathroom door was broken but bathroom is beautiful.

it’s a good hotel. there are big rooms and good public area.
manager in reception was not friendly. we rent this hotel in birthday , nobody congratulate and also we inform him about plans to visit rooftop bar in check in , but he not inform us that it’s close in Monday . it’s was surprise for us when we can’t go

Beautiful and spacious rooms, wonderfully comfortable beds, fantastic showers and bathroom (a scale is even provided), very pleasant, helpful, and responsive staff everywhere in the hotel, fine gym. Very accommodating of early check-in (our flight arrived in the morning).
Breakfast was overpriced ($32 pp) and nothing special (couldn’t go out to a cafe due to World Cup, so captive audience).

It's a beautiful hotel situated in one of bost neighborhoods. Stuff was very well trained. I really enjoyed our stay and definitely could have spent more time there.
No coffee machine in the room. Breakfast options definitely should be improved
