The property is good, facilities are good and a nice location overlooking Tromso.

The owner was late to reply to any messages, the key code to enter was also given late which left us waiting around after the check in time. The property had no hot water when we arrived, after multiple messages and the owner reluctant to help he finally turned up and advised that it couldn’t be fixed so we would have to make do with cold water throughout.. not acceptable and not what we paid for.

The room is small yet quite cozy. We got everything we need. The staff is very responsive. Good value for money.

15 minutes walk to the city centre, but we understand that we get what we pay for.

Apartment was well equipped, had most of what I needed in the room, including the washing machine, dryer and kitchen. Room was warm when needed so perfect for people who hate the cold.

Pillows were a little low, but bed was wide and spacious. Location it up slope from the city, takes about 10-15 minutes up slope walk, so a good workout. Host provided the pin late to access the place but was responsive when queried about it when at door step. Reading previous reviews about this being a very spacious place was confusing as the room itself, despite having everything you might need inside, wasn't spacious to have more than 2. Security was doubtful as it seems everyone in the apartment will have the same password to enter.

good location, only 10 minutes walking distance from city center. Buss number 40 will bring you from airport directly to doorstep of the house, digital key to apartment was very handy. small but warm, clean and cozy studio apartment. nice small kitchenette with everything you need to to cook for breakfast and small lunch. big, soft bed, nice bathroom, washing machine and dryer were very handy to wash some clothes after long day in mountains.

We really like the place, the commodities it's offering, location. We were expecting to see the northern lights from the window because some comments, but it depends the apartment, we were downstairs with the window looking to other house. Also one day other neighbors were making noises and they woke up us, so please don't disturb others. The rest, very good. The guy was patient with us and kind.

Don't get the upstairs room. to see the northern lights you need that room. Would be amazing. The rest very good.

Good communication from the hosts and easy entry with a digital keypad. Not far from the city centre in a quiet residential area, with comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen area.

Although a 10-12 min walk from the bus station we hadn't realised it was up a fairly steep hill - not a big issue but but would have been useful to know this as we trudged uphill in the snow with our bags! The apartment was also smaller than some of those in the photos, a studio really, with a kitchenette, bed, small table and 2 stools. There was 1 armchair but it was jammed into a corner, and nowhere else "comfy" to sit apart from the bed.

Location is good, but very steep walk back from town. Owner was very helpful in allowing us early access, and kindly took us to the airport on departure.

The information said that there was a sofa in the apartment. There wasn't room for a sofa and the only seating was on two high chairs which were not suitable for our age group (70+) and far from comfortable. All we were left with was to sit on the bed which was also far from ideal. We were on the ground floor so could hear when all the other guests came in or out, and we had very noisy people above us, who were leaving at 3am and disturbed our sleep for an hour with stomping about. The apartment needs a proper cleaner - not the owners daughter, who is probably about 12. Some areas were very dusty. Also, there are lots of bulbs not working - 2 under the kitchen cupboards, and 3 in the bathroom mirror. The extractor above the cooker wasn't working either, or the light.

Good price and have private park.
