Loved afternoon tea and hot drinks available 24/7. Location was great and we enjoyed watching the activities in the harbour from our room.
The decor was a little tired and could do with redecoration. The shower was disappointing - quite low water pressure.

Excelente ubicación. Cenas con poca variedad, tan sólo un plato principal (carne o pescado) por noche, el cual en un par de días desapareció por la alta demanda y tuvo que ser substituido por otro, una sopa diaria, una ensalada de pasta y dos de verduras. Vistas preciosas al embarcadero y además, si las nubes lo permiten, disfrutar del espectáculo de auroras.
La habitación, de un tamaño discreto, aunque no pequeña, no dispone de espacio para guardar ropa (armarios) si tu estancia, como fué nuestro caso, es de una semana.

The location was perfect! The hotel is right on the water with excellent views. It's central to all the shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore Tromso on foot. It's also a couple of blocks from the meeting points for several Northern Lights tours. We even saw some faint Northern lights from our room one night!
The rooms weren't anything fancy, but they met all our needs and even had a tiny fridge. The staff was very friendly and even scheduled us a taxi for early in the morning to get to the airport. The breakfast ends kind of early after doing late night northern lights exploring, but it's a delicious and convenient buffet.
The dinner was included, but it was only 1 dish per night. If you don't like the selection, you need to have a reservation for dinner nearby or eat early (before 6pm) if you want to be spontaneous.

Pour 9€ d'écart, nous avions une chambre nulle par rapport à l'aller. (735€ au lieu de 744€ pour 2 nuits) !

The location was good right on the quayside,
On arrival we were told the kitchens were closed and we would have to go across the street to the sister hotel for food. It might have been stated when making the booking. AS it was Dinner bed and breakfast, the breakfasts were ok but the dinner was pretty basic and we missed the second night and ate out. The room was a little small

Da un hotel a 4 stelle nel centro di Tromsø ci si aspetta una cucina che preveda anche piatti tipici.

Fantastic breakfast options and evening meal was different but really good too.
Only negative is that the superior room did not have a drinks fridge, a security box or anywhere to unpack your clothing too-no cupboard or drawers which meant living out of the suitcase for five nights.

The staff was helpful. The elevator wasnt working and they helped with carrying the luggage to the 5th floor. They also got the room prepared earlier for check in. Location is very central. Can walk to everything.
Hotel is in a dilapidated condition. Elevator doesn't work. This should have been informed before as it was a primary filter to book ghe property. The phones don't work either so had to come down 5 floors if I had any query. The room was not cleaned. Towels were stacked right outside my room. Breakfast was in a different hotel. Overall zero value for money.

Everything!!! it was my favourite accommodation that I had whilst travelling through Scandinavia. Love to go again, the breakfast spread was first class and it was a surprise that they had such great food of high quality.

We caught the Hurtigruten from Tromso and the location of the hotel was convenient. We could walk from the hotel. There was a good selection of dishes for meals. It was an easy walk to shops in the town.
The hotel itself was on the water and had a nice view from the front. The room we had was at the back and faced out to another building so we had to keep the shades closed a lot.

The food was great - far better than we had expected. Although a set menu for dinner there was always salad and a choice of carbs. We felt no desire to eat elsewhere.
The lounge area was lovely and never too busy, which was great for us as we could relax together as a family (four of us)
Our bedroom ( standard double ) was quite small, but perfectly adequate and we could have upgraded if we had been prepared to spend a little more.

The Clarion Collection Hotel With is just beautiful. It's got great rooms, which are really comfortable and spacious, the lounge and dining areas are open all the time which gives guests additional space outside the room to go and relax. The rate we had included breakfast and dinner which was awesome. We were out all day seeing things, so when we got back it was so easy just to have dinner downstairs and then go to our room. The hotel staff were really lovely and helpful, the place is clean, and brilliantly located. I'd stay here again without hesitation.
I can't think of anything - maybe just having some dessert after dinner but hey, that's being really picky on my part!

Fantastic breakfast set you up for the day. the afternoon cakes were a real treat and although the evening meal was somewhat limited , all the food served was beautiful and tasty.
We didn’t spend anything at all on food whilst out and about as we received everything we could wish for from the hotel services.

Location is great, near everything. Breakfast and dinner buffet included, great value for money. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bed super comfy, room is spacious and clean.
When we checked out, I wish the staff checked which credit card would be used to pay. I thought we already paid upon check in, but the last night was a separate booking so I didn't know she charged it on the last day using a different card (also I don't know how she got access to that card since I didn't use it for the reservation).
