My pillow was stained with blood the tub and sink had hair and residue I was unsatisfied my wallet was lost

The front desk staff was wonderful & helpful.

Proximity to the highway (very noisy), management refused to speak to me about an issue (car alarm going off right outside room all night), and the breakfast and pool were pretty lack luster. Other guests used it as a “party hotel” so it was loud and doors slammed mid-night a few nights & it also smelled like smoke. The TVs were also down for three of the five days we were there.

Nice size room. Breakfast staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure food was great. Extremely clean.

Desk staff not very friendly and gave no directions. Example, did not tell us when breakfast was, where things in the motel were, and no greeting. This one said very little. Not welcoming at all.

The hotel is right next to the highway so we heard a lot of vehicle noise.

The breakfast was okay, although there was not much variety. The location of the dinning room was okay, more so because it's on the ground floor which leads to the space outside at the side of the building where guests relax and enjoy the warm weather; and also have access to the entrance if going out.

The menu served for breakfast was the same everyday and after having the same food on a couple of mornings it becomes 'boring' and one does not look forward to breakfast. Breakfast is the first meal of the day and is believed to be the most important meal of the day, so I think better and delicious food could be served. The staff were not flexible at Reception. I was running a bit late on the day I had to check out and asked if the checking time could be extended. To my surprised the lady refused!! Extending the time for me to check out by just an hour would have been greatly appreciated and shown that the staff and hotel management were understanding and flexible. Building good customer relations with guests is essential and flexibility is part of it. With that guests will always come back and stay at the hotel and will also recommend the hotel to friends. Lack of this makes you lose customers and consequently lose business and money.

This property was so clean and beautiful!

We stayed on the side of hotel that is directly on the hey and the noise was quite loud. We bring sound machines so it didn’t end up bothering us enough to request to move but just be aware and maybe ask to stay on the other side of the building if possible.

The staff was superb but housekeeping was over-extended and they need help. Your room cleaning policy needs to be better explained too. The breakfast was okay but other hotels with the same price break have figured out how to change up the menu a little bit.

Signage into the property, greater flexibility on check in and check out (probably related to a lack of housekeeping staff) 1 bar of soap for 3 days - really? Of course it is easily remedied with a request.
