The Location and it was clean. Terrace was nice. Coffee maker, hob, cluttery and dishes included. Fridge was great. Playa del Duque is great and any close beach. Parking outside property and it is a bit tricky, not sure how easy would be to park with 100% occupation.

The hidden fee 25€ (in cash only) for late check-in. The 200EUR deposit for getting the keys (it was fully refunded after the property was inspected). No air conditioning. Not comfortable beds and furniture (I am a big guy, for smaller ones it should be fine). Uncomfortable sofa.

Nice place ,just no sun on the balcony

The location was perfect,close to the beach,restaurants,bars and shops.The apartment had everything we needed. Our host Sandra was very nice and friendly and personally took us to the apartment. We had a wonderful stay and we are definitely coming back.

Coming back to a freezing Scotland :(

The complex has a closed area with restricted access, which is good. It is just ten minutes walk from the beach and 2 minutes from the private pool. The pool is clean and not very crowded. Beach is with the sand cover and quite convenient even for small children. Two big aqua parks are in the distance of walking reach, including Siam Park. Also there is a free Siam Park bus passing by the complex. Many shops nearby. There is a 24 hour shop within 5 minutes of walking. Overall location is very good. Ocean is seen from the balcony. No loud neighbors. >50 channels on TV and stable i-net connection. Free parking just outside the complex territory. Hosts are always responding for requests quite fast and are very affable.

It will be nice to add the dishwashing machine to apartment's equipment. Air conditioner will be good too, even it is possible to stay without it, sometimes I wished it was there.

Excellent location, panoramic view over the see, extremely clean and tidy apartment. All appliances provided and in good working order. Hostess was extremely friendly and pleasant and the welcoming gift was a very nice surprise
