Worst location we had flight early morning and couldn’t sleep due to some musical program and karaoke singing which was pathetic

The location of the property is nearer to Netaji Subhash Ch Bose International Airport. It is a walkable distance and that is the only reason for choosing the hotel. The staff is also good and well-spoken.

a) The location described is incorrect. You will not find the location as per Google Maps. It's almost a km away from what is shown on maps. b) The bathroom is dirty. c) The kambal/quilt is very dirty. d) There are mosquitoes in the room but no mosquito repellant machine. e) With every truck passing by the nearby road, the room shakes, very poor foundation, felt earthquakes the whole night. f) No complimentary water bottle was available.

That it's near airport, else it was a very bad room.

Everything was horrible when we were taken to our room. We had booked seeing the photos of the room online but those photos are totally misleading. Size of the room was too small, stained bedsheet, dirty curtains, too hard taps because of being old......in short, we had a very disappointing time being there.

The staff kept calling me all night related to the questions on the document and the person I was with. In spite of me entering with the person and showing all documents when entering 4-5 hours back. My door was banged all night and I don't know by whom, The neighbours kept partying and banging my door all night. The ad says Airport shuttle but there was none. The small TV had no active subscription. The room was very small.

The staff, the room and most of the things promised in the advertisement are lies.

Absolutely nothing. This hotel is about 1.5 km from international arrival. I understand people choose this place mostly for sleeping at night for transit purpose and so do I. Thus they should at least provide a comfort bed with a clean sheet, pilow and towel ... That's it. But there were stain on my sheet and they provided a "synthetic towel" which doesn’t soak water at all !! I understand and accept small room, old furniture and 'not nice bathroom'. But dirty bed sheet and synthetic towel ! Come on !!
