building is very silent, also is very close the tram stop and Rifredi stop. Matteo is so helpful and friendly. You can go to city centre nearly 10 min by tram.

paying extra fee for bed linens and towels isn’t good.

The view from the apartment windows was really nice. Clean and nice facilities, great kitchen.

The mattress was a bit too soft for my taste

The property was very clean and nice, it is close to the train station, very useful as with one train stop you find yourself in the center of Florence.

It was very difficult to find parking near the property and the only parking that we could find was with a parking tikets.

-The location is excellent for any one who wants to be in Florence , just 5 minutes walking from the tramvia which will take you in 10 minutes to the center of Florence and train station Santa Maria . - the location in near to many supermarkets , gelaterie and more . - A bus station under the house 😂 - The apartment is fully equipped with everything you will need for a short stay - Nice staff soprattutto Matteo , He is very friendly and he will wait you until you arrive, he contacted me one day before my arrival to organize everything also he waited me for around 3 hours 😂( I was in late due to an accident between Pisa and Florence ) . Matteo will advise you where to eat and he will give you discount.

I have never met such a friendly, attentive and thoughtful host, he helped to guide me to the apartment and also asked me afterwards if I needed anything. The apartment is well equipped for a longer stay. I really appreciated AC, wifi, dishwasher, washing machine and kettle. The place is bright and clean. The location was really good me for, since I came for work in Careggi area. But to go in the city center, it's also very convenient, the bus stop is just a minute away, and the tram station about 3 minutes.

Little complaints for future improvements: Some parts are not in pristine condition and would need additional maintenance (bathtub, some walls), chairs need some seat padding, maybe an additional bigger knife and big tea cups. Street parking is a bit complicated but not much can be done to improve this - this is Careggi :)

We like how nice the host was , we had to wait for Him to meet us at the apartment the day we arrived , but over all it was very nice and enjoyable thank you Christina & Matteo see you next time in Firenze, Maria. Cesario

We had a good stay at Christina's Appartment. The Apartment was well equipped. Would like to mention that we needed an iron and Matteo took the effort to make it available. Matteo was a delight to co-ordinate with. Would definitely recommend staying here. Overall, a comfortable stay.
