El patio y la zona comunitaria. En general nos gustó todo bastante, el típico apartamento de las islas canarias, completamente blanco y detalles exteriores en verde. La decoración dentro del apartamento también era todo un acierto. La cama era grande y muy cómoda, el apartamento tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar e incluso la casera deja toallas para que puedas ir a la playa y dos sombrillas!! Es todo un detalle ya que así no has de ir cargado en la maleta y después pagar por una sombrilla que no te vas a poder llevar. Tienen parking gratuito y un superdino al lado. Está a 5 minutos andando de la playa. La piscina comunitaria casi que estábamos nosotros solos en ella. Está muy cerca de todos los pueblos y sobretodo queda cerca del aeropuerto. La mujer se preocupó y adaptó por tenerlo todo listo a nuestra hora de llegada. Incluso tienen alargadores, cosa que nunca he visto en ningún otro apartamento que he alquilado y me pareció un puntazo ya que nos fue de lujo para poder dejar el teléfono cerca cargando. Nos sentimos como en casa, si volvemos a Lanzarote tenemos claro dónde nos alojaremos de nuevo. Ya está más que recomendado a nuestros amigos y familiares. (Las fotos que adjunto no se ven bien ya que solo hice un vídeo del apartamento y la calidad del vídeo no es buena, pero el apartamento se ve prácticamente nuevo y es precioso)

Las almohadas eran muy muy finas. La zona con más ocio estaba alejada para ir andando bajo el calor, pero como teníamos coche de alquiler no nos supuso esfuerzo y tampoco algo negativo ya que a la hora del descanso es un acierto. Lo pongo aquí por si alguien que viaja no tiene carnet o no coge coche de alquiler.

So clean and comfortable the owners have thought of everything. Will definately be back. Great location

got this for my Great Niece and her daughter and partner and they loved it

The apartment was in a good location and on the ground floor however there are several steps to front door, the complex itself was clean well looked after, pool was ok size but ice cold.

The apartment was not big enough for 4 people, there was not enough storage for clothes and cases. The sofa bed was very used the sheets and pillows had not been washed in a very long time. We had to go to Ikea to buy our own! The kitchen was ok but any food open or sealed left in cupboards the Ants found it almost instantly. The bathroom was very small and had fixtures hanging off the wall, the hairdryer was rubbish and the shower is very bad and water pressure was non exsistent also we have 2 girls so after they washed their hair the hot water ran out as the tank for it was very small so me and my wife had cold showers most days. We had several large cockroaches in the apartment as the terrace door had very large gaps. The apartment is outdated and is in very bad need of a full renovation.
